Tropical Smoothie Cafe

If I listed all the things wrong with this establishment I would be able to write a research paper. The music is way too loud where you can barely hear the person next to you. The staff is incredibly rude and over the top for simple service. You can tell most of the workers there are old and bitter by the way they handle their customers. My niece went to this place for an interview and experienced prejudice over a bitter old lady with green hair. It’s very unfortunate and telling this lady did not like my niece considering they had ‘Hiring’ signs - yet did not even want to give her the time of day to set up an interview. She also did say some offensive and derogatory comments to my niece. The service is atrocious. If you don’t want to work there, simply QUIT and find a job you’d actually be happy enough in. Kindness goes a long way and it’s sad to see so many mean, rude, and disrespectful humans in one establishment. It makes me wonder if there’s no corporation taking into account the way the staff has treated customers or their fellow staff members like absolute trash - seeing as this has been happening in this particular place for years. Fix yourself.

Customer service: Great Product: amazing Cleanliness: great I had a great experience and I was a bit shocked by the reviews. When we went in there was an upset customer and it was a little tense but they got through the line quick and the environment got cozier. The lady helping me asked us to wait a moment which was fine and made our drinks pretty quick. Just my opinion they seemed stressed and I’m assuming it’s due to rude impatient customers but if you guys see this I was very pleased and plan to come back. Thank you.

I went around 5pm to pick up my order that I placed on Uber eats. The employees were playing some kind of prank by locking the doors. I knocked and could see them laughing, if I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left. After about 5 minutes of being their amusement, they unlocked the other door so myself and another customer could come in. Upon entering they had smiles on their faces but my no one was working on making the drinks/food. They ignored me when I asked about my pickup so I canceled and left. The $15 spent wasn’t worth anymore frustration.

Cashier guy is extremely rude!!! People were coming in putting in orders and would get their shakes immediately after I had placed my order, I was waiting nearly 10 mins until I went up to him to ask if he could check on my order, he looked at the receipt did not speak a word and took someone else’s order! No Apology no I’ll get to it. Sorry I’ll check. Nothing!!!!! Can you please train these kids customer service? Or maybe they should be doing a different job! I was taking my 30 min break and this was definitely a waste of time and to top it off deal w a rude kid w no manners or customer service! I went on 7/9 Saturday at 2:19 pm so who ever worked that day on the register and at that location Is def representing Tropical Smoothie rude and not inviting what so ever!!!! These kids are built different 🤣🤣🤣 waste of employee! Get someone who actually wants to work and likes there job!!!

Did not like part of my sevice. The first cashier was great.. they had forgotten my smoothie and was taking care of someone after me.. I went to ask got attuide like it was my fault. Wasn't even being rude . She gave me my smoothie put on the counter and didn't say nonthing.. poor customer service.. I'm a store manager so if my team was like that. I would be embarrassed.. I will never go back again..

Terrible and argumentative staff. Don't even bother wasting your money. They get your order wrong, blame you, roll their eyes, get it wrong again, then try to argue with you. They are playing hip hop over the loud speaker like it's a night club so they can't hear you. It's literally like something out of a comedy movie. The staff is careless and unruly. The owner needs to clean house and fire these tyrants. I am forbidding my office to ever order from here again.
