10/14/21 yesterday I went to the same named restaurant closer to downtown Vegas. This location was closer to were I was so I stopped by with hopes to get the same excellent experience that I got at the other location. Well, it wasn't the same. Staff was not very knowledgeable about their foods. I mean, if you advertise healthy food please learn your stuff. But no big deal. I didn't get the mushroom that I liked so much and no grilled onions. I also had cauliflower mash and it was Spicey hot a bit....weird....I am on a lectin free diet and can't eat hot peppers at the moment. Manager told me that it was just regular pepper...um, nope...I can taste the difference between hot peppers and regular pepper. I also informed her that I had the same dish at the other place and it wasn't hot. But they were super friendly about it and replaced it with a new plate. This time, no heat from chili peppers or whatever that was. What did I eat? Lol....I hope I make it through the night. I also was informed that the mash is prepackaged and just warmed up....bummer. it's not easy to find fresh true healthy food. I recommend to ask alot of questions before digging in if you are on a diet. Besides that, atmosphere was great. Bathroom clean and staff super supportive. Bison burger was cooked to perfection and delicious. Asparagus was grilled a bit too much ad had a burned taste. I recommend going there. You won't be disappointed. It may not be the healthiest since you don't exactly know what you get but still better than those other junk food places. I'll give staff some time and I am sure they will gain the knowledge to run this place properly. I will be back for sure.....go and eat there. It's good. Once staff gains more knowledge about their foods I gladly upgrade to 5 stars.

Nice location, perfect pitstop for mid day errands. Staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, I got the Bison burger and ordered Ahi Tuna tacos for my partner. The cashier made some helpful suggestions about the turkey bacon and avocado which tasted phenomenal with the burger. They have a tip jar so don’t forget to spread some love and tip them! 💰Bathrooms were cleaned and they even walked my order out to me. The sweet potato fries are so tasty, hands down the best I’ve ever had! Bison burger was cooked medium as I asked every ingredient was fresh and complimented the burger well, avocado was fresh and not bruised. Turkey bacon was honestly better than regular bacon with nice thick flavorful cuts which paired well with the Swiss cheese. I’m a pregnant and super picky this burger satisfied all of my cravings and it was not greasy, super fresh, and crafted with care! The wait is longer than your typical fast food joint but you can’t rush perfection, worth the wait and I was so satisfied and happy that I feel my hard earned money was well spent. 10/10 Love this place and highly recommend! Fyi the burger only looks like this because of the heat during the 15 min drive home, did not take away from the overall experience.
