Taco Bell

For the store to have a prime location on a busy intersection and in front of a housing development you would expect the condiments be stocked. The floors wore cleaned and the restrooms wore clean as well, The staff was quick and polite, the only thing was the effort that was needed to place are order and insure the order was correct. Thankfully the order was right and delicious for what it is.

Amber and Michelle were extremely rude, took over 10 orders window side before even addressing me the 1 and only customer standing at the register, insinuated I could’ve ordered at the order station but little did she know I was unable because I had a custom order because of my diet (she even had to call for help to place my order) and the order screens didn’t allow… I said if someone acknowledged me they would’ve known that.. Amber then said technically we’re not even sell that item until tomorrow granted I got the item 2 days earlier at a different Taco Bell less than 2 miles down the street lastly if you’re going to sell the item still what is your point in bring that up. Michelle then said she don’t have time for this as if other customers were more valuable. I will never visit this Taco Bell again EVERY customer should feel valued whether I go to the drive thru, order station or at the register and I simply felt ignored and less than if it had not been for another staff member (who worked the window) had not acknowledged me Amber and Michelle wouldn’t have!

The manager on duty who refused to give her name was extremely unprofessional. She barked at me & ordered me to park in the front since my mobile order was just put in. In a condescending tone, she said mobile orders take 10 min bc they go to LA & come back. I've placed many mobile orders & never had any issues. On top of that, I waited in the front parking lot for 15 min. I went to the counter & asked for my order. They never put it in. I was waiting for nothing. All the staff members I talked to refused to give me the manager's name. They claimed it's policy. Very outraged by how I was treated & it was unwarranted. On top of that, that old woman treated those kids terrible. She was yelling at them while I was there. Y'all need to find a new manager who isn't miserable.

Food is always delicious and satisfies my late night cravings, however each and every time we visit this store they forget an item from our bag. Seriously every time. We always visit after 7pm so maybe that is why, however we just turn back around and re- wait in the drive thru and they correct the issue. A few times they stated that they were hoping we would come back. It’s kind of odd so check your bags before driving away and if you feel as if you do not need to check your bag because your last few transactions went well….check them anyway! Most of the times they miss our chips, sides of cheese and random small side items, but the food is always great.

Bathrooms were dirty. Had to take my granddaughter into use the bathroom after an employee came out and there was pee on the seat I don't even know if they washed their hands but judging by the condition that they left it in it was absolutely gross. It was a good thing that we had already eaten because I probably would have walked out! As for the food, the Supreme soft tacos we're barely warm; and the cheesy Roll-Ups that we got for the granddaughter- have no idea what they did she couldn't eat them they were that spicy. The odd thing is that we bought them for her before and she usually eats them but this time they were inedible. Plus what my husband ordered was lukewarm as well as mine. The funny things about everything being cold as far as the burritos and the tacos they weren't busy so there's no excuse definitely will not go there again. We have to go get something between 6:00 an 7:00 at night in the same area it will not be that Taco Bell

Very unprofessional came in to use the app to get the free Mexican pizza and waited almost 20 minutes at the counter no would take my order they kept taking drive thru literally looking at me not one employee asked if I had been helped so drive thru is apparently the only service they do at this location very disappointing and inconvenient especially when I have to now go across town to a different location when this is my neighborhood taco bell but thats okay I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere
