Pizza was horribly undercooked. The dough was gooey so I put it in my oven and cooked it for another 10 minutes. It tasted great afterwards but I shouldn't have to do that with a delivered pizza.

Staff was kind and very helpful. Garlic bread was fresh and hot. Pizza was cold and very bland. I wouldn't go back again.
Restaurant was clean though.

Not a big pizza lover BUT I must say, Sbarro Pizza is absolutely delicious! The crust is amazingly tasty and the variety is commendable. There is even a decent variety of additional condiments to suit your tastebuds. 😋🍕

Took my 7 kids there the other night 11/5 and we were never told we had to wait til they made ALL the pizza that needed to be put out first before making our order . Long story short we waited almost 2 hours if not 2 hours smh kids were falling asleep my youngest being 2. All the employees were very rude , inconsiderate and talked trash after we were the ones having to wait. The pizza was undercooked and it was overall a horrible experience and we will never be going back ! Who makes someone wait that long , we literally watched over a dozen people come in order by slices and leave , as well as watched them constantly making more pizza to put out !

Workers were packing up food at 10:15 and rushing us out when the establishment doesn’t close until 11p. Ended up with food poisoning.

Just left the store. All of the pizza looked old and dry. My daughter really wanted it so she chose cheese. We asked for a cup of water and the other employee rudely said “we actually don’t have water right now”. How are you a restaurant and don’t have water? How do you clean? Cook? Operate a fountain machine? Extremely rude and flat out lied. Would NOT recommend!!!

Use to work at Sbarro when I was a kid 35+ years ago. Pizza still as good as I remember. Not sure if they still import the roma tomatoes from Italy like we use to back in the day but the sauce tastes like they still do - delicious and authentic.
