Review Wings Restaurant - Las Vegas

Placed a delivery order at 8pm, with an eta between 8:35 and 9:03 p.m..At 9:09 I called them 5 times with nobody picking up and I left a voice-mail. At 9:15 the store did call back and the employee said "sorry stores closing in 15 mins delivery driver never came back". They would have never called to let me know that I waited an hour and would have never got food ha-ha. I did get a full refund but wow. This was my first attempt at eating at this place. *Update* 2nd attempt and they blew it. Went in person to give this place another shot in Sep 21. 11:20 and they were still setting up for opening, lights off, open sign off and uninviting. Store opens at 11. Went in and ordered 12 wings. Most of the sauces were "out" and they were out of dipping sauces. Every single one of their innovative menu screens were having issues where you couldn't see the whole menu. Wings were soggy as if they were dropped in cold oil and not crisp. Will not return, horrible all around.

Fast and friendly staff. Ordered a Super Bowl Special. Wings, fingers and fries. Honey mustard and ranch tasted just right. If you are picky about your Wings and or fingers "Buffalo Style" You wont be disappointed. The food is cooked to perfection. Chicken is moiste and not overcooked. Highly recommend stopping in.

Really good service. Was craving buffalo fries, which I've only had in San Diego, and they had something similar to it. Doesn't compare to Epic Wings, but it was still very tasteful. Brother and sister in law ordered tenders and looked pretty good as well. Love the crinkle fries!

If I was just rating the food, I'd give it 4/5, but the service was awful. This was at the location on Decatur at 12:30 on a Monday, for reference. First off, I arrived 7 minutes after the food was already supposed to be ready, and it still wasn't ready. But I was willing to forgive that since that happens at lots of places. Bear in mind that I was the only person in the store when I arrived, so it was not busy. When I did get my food, I decided to check it to be sure it was right. My order included the three piece tenders combo, which comes with three tenders, fries, and a drink. What I received, however, was just three tenders. I informed the employee that I was missing my fries and drink, and he replied, "would you like to see your receipt?" Since I already had my receipt pulled up on my phone, I showed that to him. Rather than apologizing and just fixing the problem, he decided to argue and tell me that it was my fault that I hadn't specified on my online order that I wanted fries and a drink (even though it's a combo that specifically comes with fries and a drink). I said, "If you're going to intentionally leave out items that I supposedly didn't specify, shouldn't you either tell me or reduce the price rather than just omitting the items completely?" Again, he refused to take accountability but did ultimately make the fries and give me a drink. When he gave me the missing items, I told him thank you, and he replied with a "yeah". As I was walking out (now with five additional customers in the store at this point), he decided to remind me again in front of everyone that next time it was essentially my responsibility to make sure he fulfills my order properly. I told him that he should fulfill the orders per the menu and that he shouldn't intentionally omit menu items without informing the customer or without discounting the order for the missing items. That was the end of the incident. He also "made" me some honey mustard that was literally just mustard with honey in it. Not sure if that's just how they do it there, but it was weird to me. Bottom line, good food but terrible customer service/employee respect towards the customer.

I thought this place would be pretty cool...pretty bland place. The wings were "okay". The grilled "chicken fingers" were just chicken tenderloins...not very well seasoned, but grilled nice. The ranch dressing was the best thing in order. The fries were over cooked. I'm not likely to return. Oh the ice was pretty good..if you want beverage with it, you might want to request they go easy on the ice.

Seriously, what the #@$*?! I ordered buffalo nachos with the sauce and ranch on the side, and crispy chicken tenders with the Louis N Anna and tropical habanero sauces; to go. The chips are burnt and there's no cheese. The chicken tenders have the texture of deep fried cardboard, are burnt, and the sauces have nearly no flavor. Save yourself the trip. Fry your own chicken, mix ketchup and black pepper, and you'll have yourself a better meal.

When you want real wings, look no further. This place has the best wings in town hands down. The boneless wings are massive and made of real chicken. Not the refrigerated chicken wings you get at most places. Prices are great for what you get with a taste you won't forget. The staff is extremely personable and making you feel at home. Don't take my word for it, go out and try it for yourself. You'll thank me later.

Quality has definitely gone down. Placed an ordered to go. Got home to find half of my large fries were missing. They didn't season my wings, no flavor added. The ranch dressing was water. Is the owner cutting back on cost at the customer's expense? That's what it seems.
