I never write bad reviews but I feel the business owner should be aware of what is taking place considering it’s probably money out of their pocket. We ate dinner next door at sushi loco and then went to get frozen yogurt after . The sign out front said open until 10. It was about 7.45 and we were outside playing the game set up, I noticed I hadn’t seen any employee for quiet some time out front and then when a customer came in it took minutes before they came out and seemed quiet annoyed. They then broke down some yogurt machines. I peaked my head in and asked what time they closed they said 9 , but since they were cleaning everything up before 8 I told my children we better get some ice cream now . They literally had 5 flavors out and the least popular ones at that. When I asked about the other flavors they said sorry we are out for the day. Half of the toppings were put away and when I asked about those after waiting for an employee for minutes they also said sorry out for the day . Quiet disappointing . We then sat outside to eat our ice cream (which my kids didn’t eat because they didn’t like the flavors, waste of money, and also then my father and his friend and wife didn’t get any when I told them what flavors were left )and they came and out the chairs away and finally emptied the over flowing trash outside . Many customers walked in after I was there and even some left do the lack of selection . Maybe they should change the hours on the door and online but also write but we start breaking things down and cleaning up an hour and half before closing time.

I don’t usually leave comments, but as I have worked in the service industry for so long I felt this needed to be said. I took my family to Menchies in Downtown summerlin for Yogurt after a movie and the window sign said closes at 10pm, we got there about 8:45pm and proceeded to get our yogurt and toppings, the young lady working the counter was polite and checked us out. We went to the patio to eat our yogurt and weren’t there for 5 min before a young man came up and asked me to move down the sidewalk because they were closing up. I asked him, aren’t you open until 10pm? That’s what the store front signage states? He said, man I don’t know why it says that, but I have to close the store. There was another family outside eating yogurt and they were not asked to move down the sidewalk to eat at 5 guys picnic tables, just me and my family. I went inside and asked the young lady if she had a corporate phone number and she said no, I told her that the young man needs lessons on customer service as we were spending our money there and supporting the business. Needless to say after that my family wanted to leave, so we threw away our yogurt and left. I hope this message gets to the right people to relay what needs to happen in training of some associates, I for one will never visit this location again.

This was my second time at this location and honestly I won’t be going back. Got there at 8:15pm, yes, they close at 9pm. But when we walked in, the 2 young adults working there were already clearing out the machines for the day. There were about 5 flavors that still had yogurt. I had my 3 kids with me and they were looking forward to it. We walked in and didn’t get acknowledged whatsoever. No eye contact, no hello welcome, no heads up. My kids had grabbed their cups and the young girl that was there almost ran them over with cups of yogurt that they were getting ready to throw out. Again, nothing, absolutely nothing was said except for “oh, excuse me”. I turned around and just walked out. My little man was upset and cried. The least employees can do is acknowledge EVERYONE walking through the door and say hello.

$5 for a SMALL with One topping. This is the worst accommodation ever and a scam. I use to put whatever toppings I wanted and got the amount of Ice cream I wanted. Which usually wasn’t $5 worth of ice cream and then extra per topping. I’ll never come back. Also, it’s not mandated that children wear masks, I’m not putting a mask on my 1 year old for a quick ice cream trip. Ridiculous.
