Burger King

Ordered through door dash and was missing my bacon whopper melt. I called in to see if I can pick it up and was allowed to be crystal. Went through drive thru and had to wait for a long time since most of their crew were minors and had to leave, was what I was told. Finally get my bag and I've I got home realized inside were two burgers instead of my melt. Called in and got a manager that doesn't listen, who told crystal I was offered free food and heard crystal berate me for trying to "scam" them. They then hung up on me, all for trying to get what I ordered. Will be going to corporate with this. Utterly unacceptable.

My husband just left a review, his name is Alex. I am his wife who ordered the bacon whopper melt with bbq sauce. My husband was told by crystal he could come in and get my order after it was not put in the bag. And was delivered by our nice door dasher, so my husband goes in to pick up my order and was given two regular cheese burgers. This was obviously someone else's meal. Fed up, my husband calls to offer to return the order to retrieve yet again mine that was informed to him was in fact sitting on the counter told to him by the manager crystal. The manager instead of admitting the mistake screamed at my husband for trying to "scam" her for free food. After my husband not that long ago said he'd be more than happy to return the order that was mistakenly given to us. Crystal if you can't admit mistakes, don't be working in the fast food industry. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Orderd 3 $5 meal your way combos. Tom the lady I want two power aids and a Dr pepper no ice. I pull to the windows where the lady hands me the drinks with no drink holder.. I have to ask for one.. then I get home and realize they forgot a whopper and another was wrong.. both power aides are sprites. I call the store at 10:36pm on 5/16/22 for order number 8. I told her the burgers were wrong and she blamed the cook and said he wrapped them wrong. I then said one burger is missing and she replies with an attitude " well the cook tried to run you down but you left" even though I did drive through and no one came out at all.. I then told her about the power aide and she says with an attitude again " you said sprites!! Not poweraid!!" I politely said I told her poweraides and in sure I did. Ecause they are for my kids and she replies with an attitude again, if you ordered poweraid you didn't tell me what flavor so why didn't you tell me?" I said because you didn't ask me so instead you gave sprites with no ice on top. She then a caused me of lying.. because I'm driving all tge way home to make this up for 2 drinks I want correct?? Stupid. I told her she was being rude and she replied , " well your more than welcome to talk to Michelle tomorrow!" Who is the manager.... unbelievable customer service... on top the order took forever when I was the only one in the drive through... class act people they hire..

This Burger King is really bad like Fr fr no reason why i should be in this line for nearly 40 minutes, I saw this lady leave the line because they were taking so long. Not only this but they should REALLY hire more people cause from what I saw there’s only two of them working completely understaffed, no wonder why not that many people come here. But anyway, I don’t think I would recommend this Burger King to anyone.
