El Gordito Carniceria

INCREDIBLE customer service! Came here to buy food to prep for carnitas and carne asada for 20 people. The butcher, as well as the shop owners were incredibly helpful and excited to make recommendations. They also let us sample the carne asada meat and their habanero salsa (most likely trying to upsell but great customer service nonetheless). I ended up getting some of the habanero salsa and it was a huge hit at the party. Produce was ridiculously fresh and they were also able to prepare 80 homemade corn tortillas for pickup the next morning. When I came in for the pickup, they had also just received fresh Mexican sweet breads so I picked up some of those as well. Next time I need to cook for a crowd in Vegas, I will be sure to stop here. They have a few Agua frescas but the cucumber lemon was leagues better in my opinion.

Went here for the first time today. The cashier, Francisco, was extremely attentive and helpful! We were picking up some meat to grill and he had great recommendations. Also picked up some freshly made guacamole and salsa... like made right in front of us fresh. They also had a good selection of fresh produce and of course lots of yummy snacks and candies! Will definitely be back.
