The Chicken Ranch

Our first visit to the recently opened Chicken Ranch Restaurant was so delicious and friendly we came back for more and brought friends! The food from Chef Adrian is special and clearly made with thoughtfulness and love. My friend described the old fashioned pork chops as “melt in your mouth” and I’m voting these the best fries in Vegas. Good music, games on screens and really fun friendly service. Did I mention the great prices😍 we will be back.

Got the cheeseburger and fries, service was great, food came out fast, the fries had seasoning on them which was delightful. The burger was hand pattied and cooked over an open flame. It came out a little more crispy than I like but was very juicy. I didnt care for the onions, I think they were cut more for grilling than serving raw. The other condiments were fresh and crisp. Im giving a 5 mostly because I probably should have tried the fried chicken instead of the burger, on account of its "The Chicken Ranch", but based on how good the burger and fries was, im definitely coming back.

7 of us had the chicken dinner plate. Chicken was not seasoned, overcooked, and did not have consistent serving sizes. It included at my visit a salad with old lettuce, "bread" that was Texas toast unseasoned cooked on a flat top, and cold squash. Server was flustered and kept forgetting things. The owner allegedly was there watching his business burn down around him. Hey, maybe call Robert Irvine or hire a manager? Our stomachs are upset so I hope we weren't poisoned. Decor is weird and inconsistent. Fit and finish is severely lacking as though a DIYer did everything. It doesn't matter the price. Change nothing and you couldn't pay me to return. Owner needs to think about what is going on, take some stock in the current business as a whole and possibly seek help. Do not recommend.

ordered on grub hub today, 2 meals and only got the meat and bread and 1 mashed potato.... no salads no veggies and one more potato side missing. call restaurant and all they offer is more of those items on my next order... seriously why would i want 4 salads and 4 veggies on my next order that i doubt i would do after this mess up? when you're paying $13-14 for a meal it should be a full meal not just meat and bread.
