I had ordered on my mobile app, had certain requests. One of my sandwich had slightly hard bread and had asked for the softest bread. The associate who spoke to me said they provided their best. I had asked for a wrap instead and they were happy to help. They acknowledged my concern and fixed the problem. I was even offered a free Cookie for the inconvenience. Great staff, great service.

The best fried chicken sandwich! Really great lunch spot on Montgomery, the lines are typically long but they move really quickly. There is some seating in the restaurant but it's usually pretty loud and busy.

Possibly a bad night. I walked in at 830p on a Saturday and one worker said, in a huff, "this is crazy," implying they were busy?
When I ordered my regular 43 (with one person in front of me), both workers rolled their eyes and sighed loudly. I asked if they were backed up, they said yes, so I left, allowing them to work on the person in front of me. They apologized as I walked out and pleaded that it was okay, but I'm not about to take the chance with the attitude on display.

I'm not a fan of subs l, I come from a Hispanic background as well so this is not my go-to type of food but these cold subs are amazing! Others like Subway or port of subs make me feel sick but I can taste the quality in these. I would highly recommend

The food was great but nothing beats the friendly faces the awesome hellos and the crew that we have out here on Craig Road in North Las Vegas, they really know how to treat their customers right and make you want to come back.
