Hard Hat Lounge

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Discovered it after going to Good Pizza and thinking that was the best pizza is town (it is good) but Guerilla is next level. Made with love and the sauce is to die for not to mention the crispy cheesy crust on the Detroit style pizza! Also, the bar staff is exceptional and you feel like family! I take everyone I work with and know here cuz it’s so dang good! Do yourself a favor and get here!

If you want to get off the tourist trail or you are a local in Las Vegas, it's time to check out the Hard Hat lounge. This historic lounge from 1958 provides you a "slice" of not only a local neighborhood bar and lounge but also a "taste" of a "well" established Las Vegas neighborhood watering hole. From the moment that you walk in you feel they friendly, neighborhood environment of the many regular clients and staff. Like all great establishments it starts at the top. In this case, Shannon provides provides the very motivated and uplifting welcome as manager from the moment you enter. While there, enjoy the authentic and historic artwork along the back wall of the bar. Legend has it that a couple was unable to pay their bill and made a deal with the owner at the time if they could provide a nice painting at the bar their tab would be settled! Was here last night to have pizza and play some Keno. Im sorry I cant remember the bartenders name but he was so amazing and friendly. Makes a good michelada. Hole in the wall place. Great food, drinks and environment. Womens restroom was super clean (I always expect the worst from older bars lol) Love coming back here

I recently visited this place after hearing how it's the oldest dive bar in Vegas. As soon as I entered I has that "uneasy" feeling. The kitchen staff were giving me glares and noticed them pointing me out. After noticing the stickers placed on the glass in front of them I left. I assume they didn't like my shirt, American blue line flag.

I decided to try this place out after a friend recommended it. I have to say I was Not impressed by the food. The choices seem interesting, and they look great, but once we got the sandwiches it was a bit disappointing. The bread was just a piece of bread cold and nothing special. It did not compliment the food. They could have done something else to it. Maybe grilled it. My sandwich seemed like it was fries and veggies with a hint of chicken. My recommendation is add more chicken! I will say I liked the Pits-Bird fries with the buffalo and ranch on them. The venue is small. Didn’t spend much time there. Will probably not be returning.
