The absolute worst when it comes getting what you want with FRESH CONDIMENTS! Several times, especially in the evenings they throw the meals together with zero care or consideration. The bun is always either broken or haphazardly thrown on. I am suppose to get a slice of tomato with my burger, but instead i get the GARAGE of what's left over as they appear to scrape the bottom and sides for tomato bits and skin...yuck!. Has this happened to you? Come on...how difficult is it to cut a couple of slices so your customer can enjoy the integrity of the ADVERTISED meal!! Hey, im not paying $5-6 for them to treat me (a customers) as if its an opportunity to rid themselves of the left over-picked over- lettuce and tomato. This particular store does this a lot especially in my case. I am calling the GM, local news, Better Business and whoever else in order to affect a positive change. More and more restaurants are doing this i guess in a cost cutting measure, but not on my dime!!!. There's NO REASON for this. There Comercials doesn't show tomato bits and skin so why should i, (we) accept anything less!!! I know these kids are under payed, but thats NO Excuse for this constant mistreatment of how they handle your (my) food order. Check your food and if it's not right complain get your money back and go somewhere else! If you want to pay your hard earned money to these guys only to be mistreated, inconsiderate attitudes then this is the place. Company/staff won't change unless staff is held accountable. They deserve ZERO RATING.

WORST experience EVER!!!!! never have i ate anywhere to the level of grossness this place offered. They actually served me garbage for food. I ordered a chicken sandwich i got to work took the bun off put some ketchup then took a bite of my burger it was so stale and hard i immediately spit it out. So after being in shock of what just happened i took the bun off once again and saw some of my lettuce was black. And the worst part it that the chicken patty was grey with some spots of meat missing inside its really hard to explain when i called the manager she really was not too concerned with the quality offered me to remake the burger . I couldn't possibly eat at that location again. She then offered me a free burger coupon i had to go and pick it up at the carls jr. So when i got there i went inside for my refund and it was not the best looking inside either all the employees seemed to not even care that they served me that and they gave me a small fountain cup while i waited and the soda was flat. I then realized the problem is with management and not running that location right. And lack of employee quality.
