Wednesday, 02/16/2022 at 10:24pm The 2 staff members on duty were beyond unprofessional. And I will NEVER recommend nor go to this location. Picked up 2 separate orders in drive thru. Female employee acknowledged my pick up for 2 different names at speaker box. Male employee handed all food to me all at once. I simply asked which order was which. He rudely replied, “I don’t know but there are names on the bags.”(bags were tied up and sealed for delivery). Female employee began to encourage laughing between the 2 of them and made humor about my question; further insisting that they shouldn’t need to give customers additional info upon handing food over. Female employee proceeded to flip me off.. with an outrageously long, pink, coffin-shaped acrylic nail. Which is beyond health code regulations for any food handling. Unprofessional. Untrained. Unbelievable!!! You’re as good as who you hire. Too many food options in this big city to NOT emphasize customer service within your team!

Went there tonight. Last time there a couple weeks ago they advertised Mexican pizzas back but did not have any. I ordered a Mexican Pizza this time and they said discontinued. So I started placing a different order followed by a new cherry slushy they were advertising. They said out of that also. OMG what is happening? I guess the customer nowadays has no choices just has to take whatever these companies dish out.

My beef chalupa came , cold, dry and almost with out any beef! For almost $5 I was hoping to enjoy my food , not to put in garbage. I try chalupa just to be sure and I find about 1/2 oz off meat and spread of beans . Chalupa shell was not edible , very chewy, tasted like came out of microwave not from grill ! 🤮 Also Mexican pizza came already pre made , pretty saggy! Very bad product! Who ever is working there in the kitchen should not be there- period!
