Jack In The Box

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mobile order was denied because their system was down. My money was taken and I left with no food. I asked for someone I could speak to or someone I could call and went through 4 employees before they went to get the manager. Who was the only able to Provide me with a 1800 number to Jack in a box offices that were closed. I was told it is not their problem or their app. Crazy because it is their app. I will never return to that store that does not understand customer service. If they would have provided me with a 1800 number from the beginning this would not have been an issue but they placed the blame back on me instead of being helpful

Coke machine is growing bacteria from ice dispenser and fountain. When I was younger I worked at a gas station and I would clean our fountain machine every night, if I skipped a day it showed big time when I cleaned it the next time. What I would find in places you can’t see would gross you out. At this location I asked the staff who maintains the machine and they said Coke but only when it brakes. There not cleaning it.
