Firehouse Subs

Every time I order something specific they either don’t add some ingredients or they give me something else and I don’t know this until I get home. They don’t say that some ingredients are missing and I can’t eat what they gave me because I have so many allergies! Now I paid for something I can’t eat & can’t return because I am at my job...

I love the pastrami in the new york steamer but there's not a lot of meat at this location. I remember going to the Firehouse Sub in FL and really enjoying the sandwiches which, while expensive, where great value due to how overstuffed they were with delicious meat. These sandwiches are out of meat about an inch from each end of the sub and even the middle is 75% bread. The little bit of pastrami there is is tasty though. The store is clean and well-kept. Wish they would consider not using cardboard containers to reduce environmental waste/footprint.

I called in a catering order a two days before I needed it. A sandwich platter and a salad platter. When I arrived the employees said the person that took my order forgot to write down what I wanted. They then said it wasn't their fault that the order wasn't ready. Then then said they were out of lettuce so they couldn't do my salad. Then they said they were out of platters. I love Firehouse but I will never give this location my business again. I order party platters monthly for work meetings. Edit: I will change my 1 star to a 3 because the manager apologized and gave me a big discount for my inconvenience. I had to wait 30 minutes for my platters and I didn't get the salad but at least I got something to feed everyone at my event
