Mcdonald's

My fiancé placed a mobile order simple enough. Get to the restaurant and park in a curbside spot and wait for like 5 Minutes yeah fine they're busy and whatnot. He gets his food and forgets the drink, okay fine guy says he'll be right back. Wait another 5 Minutes We check and see if we can go inside and get it, doors locked. We go through the drive through and get our drink. All this to say it's not a big deal just minor inconveniences that could have been easily avoided. Props to this location for being 24/7! People were nice just rather forgetful and a little frazzled which is understandable in a job market like this.

This place is awful. I ordered on the touch screen, got 2 large meals, one with a soda and the other with a sweet tea. They gave us both empty cups to fill ourselves. I had realized they had no tea next to the soda machine so I filled it with soda instead. They forgot one of the fries so I had to go up and ask for the 2nd fries. Right before leaving I had barely touched my soda because it wasn't what I wanted. I dumped the rest out and asked an employee to fill it with sweet tea. He asked for my receipt which I had already thrown away because we were on our way out the door. Someone else came up and said I bought a soda, not a sweet tea so I had to buy a sweet tea. At any other McDonald's I have been to, most have the tea sitting out by the sodas. It's considered a fountain drink and interchangeable at other McDonald's. They didn't bother asking for my receipt for the 2nd fries, but heaven forbid they can't give me a tea even though I already paid for it and try to charge me another dollar.

My husband came to get us dinner he was told while ordering the fry machine broke. He proceeded to order 20 piece nuggets and a McDouble and the nuggets were disgusting hard as rocks his McDouble was burnt the buns were I mean and how convenient when you try to call no one picks up the phone Never Again!

The quality at this McDonalds is terrible. I finally was motivated to write this review after they forgot my $3.40 nuggets, and served me a vat of disgusting old $4 soggy fries with half unwrapped burgers. I always give McDonalds massive slack but this is too much. I'm just trying to imagine the employee that visually saw those disgusting fries and scooped them up and gave them to me for my money.

I don't know what was going on with the employee that took my order at the drive through but he just was not listening. For example, we asked for a sundae and after a full 30 seconds of silence I asked if he got that. His response was "Yeah, a large coke". The order was completed properly but the process was extremely unprofessional.

Maybe I'm just an optimist. Or maybe I'm just insane. Or maybe this is just the closest McDonald's to where I live. All of these would explain why, after multiple screwups, I continue going to this restaurant. Burgers? Always wrong, always coming with things I requested off. Fries? Either cold or underfilled. Drinks? Flat and warm, with very little ice. Apple pies? On the off chance that they actually MAKE IT INTO MY BAG, they're gummy and stale. I have never once, and that is not an exaggeration, received a correct order from this location.
