They really need some more help at this store. Washington & Rancho location. They are a bit stingy with the toppings as well. It's a dual restaurant combined with Winchells. Some days during lunch hour, it's really packed. I hope they hire some more people soon. The bread is always fresh, I will give them that.

They force you to put the veggies in before toasting. If you don’t put your veggies in before they toast it you don’t get veggies afterwards. Then they sit their and argue with you that it’s a thing and EVERY subway does it like this.

Worst subway experience ever! I ordered a basic sandwich with straight forward instructions. Of course the lady who made it added stuff that wasn't asked for and when asked for extra pickles I got only 4 small slices on a footlong. Either the worker is stupid or is taught to add very little ingredients. I wasn't there to correct her incompetence. What a waste of money and time.

Bad service really slow. The lady was so slow and they were doing the people behind us. They women bathroom was not working. Was trying to put 4 sandwich in 1 bag. The paper was ripped. I would not go their again. The people were speak Spanish half of the time. My papa got a 12 inch got 2 slices of cheese. Had to keep going back to full stuff. The prices were so over. We had to wait forever. Only one person was working on us when we together all 4 of us they where doing the people behind us first. Very soggy bread was not the good. It was okay but for the service it was good. I would not go their again

Totally rude employees. There were 4 of us and only 1 employee started to make our subs and the other employee started to make the people behind us and we had to wait even though we were all together. Very unorganized and unstocked foodcase and we were there at 1pm. Shouldn't they be prepared? I will NEVER return to this location again and advise my Family not to as well. We were there for at least half an hour waiting while she slowly made our subs. I think spending $30 I should get better service.

I went to get some subways and a worker named i think yolanda was very helpful!! The wait was long but yolanda explained that they were very short staffed so it explains it. The people in front of me were getting 4 to 5 sandwiches which explains the wait!! Overall waiting is key

We visit Subway often, but we definitely were caught off guard by the sandwich artists rude behavior.
When it came to making our sandwiches she did Not listen to our request and did what she wanted, overall horrible experience and that is unfortunate because I thought we were going to have a normal transaction, but it was far from it. Additional customer service training would help to prevent further incidents.
