I'm a longtime fan of the UNLV location of Crown & Anchor, so I am thrilled they are now downtown. If you have ever been to C&A, you'll be familiar with the food (just as good here) and the vibe (British styled sports pub, adapted for downtown). This location opened in mid January 2016, so it's only 4 weeks old at this writing, and while most of the staff is really great, some probably won't be there the next time I visit and I will not miss them. Overall this is a great 24-hour food and drink spot for the Arts District, and a good place to catch a game, and given the success of the other two C&A locations, I have confidence it will only improve. Plus: Huge patio!

Food needs to be better. I'm a Brit and was hoping to celebrate Brexit with some proper British food. The decor is nice but they really need to improve the food. The Yorkshire pudding was a bit bready, not the soft dough texture with the deflated middle
The fish was dry and the batter hard. It made me more homesick for the real fish and chips back home. Sticky toffee pudding lacked the sticky toffee and the cake was hard too. The custard was good, I think it was the Birds brand. Overall, very disappointing.

So I have a Motorcycle, I'm a fish fry enthusiast, and I love draught beer. Not only can I park my bike, I can also have a DELICIOUS fish fry and was it down with a PROPERLY POURED Guinness or Newcastle. I find the third shift Bartender particularly flirtatious with the male guests, but overall, an amazing place to enjoy great food and the beverage of your choice!

Was there during First Friday. Was busy but not too packed. Service was fast and the drink selection is fairly large. Probably only for First Friday, but the outdoor front area of the property had a great DJ, and even heaters during the later, chilly hours of the night.

The food is great, but the service is abysmal, except for Sady, she recovers exceptionally well when disaster strikes. The management seems disengaged as well, allowing wait staff to have pow wows is the kitchen, all the while being part of it. The food rocks, but it seems like the entire staff, especially bartenders, are disengaged and play up to the stereotypes within their position/role. It's a shame cause I was really looking forward to see this place be part of my neighborhood.

Being a Brit in Las Vegas I was eager to try this place. After 10 minutes of being in the establishment and having no one greet us and sitting at a table waiting patiently as we watch the staff converse with each other and on their phone's, we decided this place wasn't for us. The place was empty and I can see did good reason. 1/10 would not go back

It's a Tuesday night so I'm not expecting much but just a beer. The customer service was immaculate, and if you're curious about the "British starters", the egg is the better of the two(if you like eggs).
