Usually this location is on point, but the last three times we’ve gone, there have been issues. This time we ordered 3 meals and 3 egg rolls, were asked to pull up front, then waited 23 minutes for our food. The sun went down while we were waiting. We got home and there was no sauce for anything. I asked for a couple of everything. I DEFINITELY wanted sweet n sour. $4 egg rolls in the trash. It’s Friday, sure, but at 4pm with 2 cars the entire time I waited? No wonder it’s dead.

They are right by the bus stop and it's the perfect spot to go to wait for the next bus and grab a snack. Or maybe even just a quick little defrank to keep you refreshed while you're waiting. But you can just run right out and catch the bus cuz there's usually a bunch of people waiting at the bus stop so the bus isn't going to leave right away.

This was the first time I was ever at a Jack in The box and it was the worst experience that I have ever had in my entire life the food was not good burgers were soggy and not cooked correctly the person at the register was extremely rude and I spent over $40 there I tried getting it fixed and you just told me to go to a freaking website they couldn't just give me some of my money back or fix the freaking order I am not happy with the service and I want some free meals or something or else I will never come back there and neither will anybody I know. If the owners would please email me that would be appreciated My email is topsycrets4life8@gmail.com. I hope to hear from the owners or I'll just call the store and complain in person but I expect to be hearing back from the owners if they want business.

I usually have an acceptable experience at this location. Not today! I used Jack in the Box app to place my order as I have in the past without issue.
Today, however, when I walk up to the pick up counter; they say they don't see my order. I show them my phone with their app open, even showing the ladies the order history, the $ I paid.
2 pennies short of $24 I have ALREADY PAID.
I'm told, "IF IT'S NOT ON OUR SCREEN THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO"

I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Got a cheese and egg biscuit. No Sausage. When I went back in to get what I ordered, they informed me it doesn't come with bacon. I replied "ok I didn't want bacon, I wanted sausage". Also the hashbrown was under cooked and the egg rolls were over cooked. I like Jack in the Box, but I do not suggest ordering at this location. Poor service and poorly made food.

if you dont have the munchie meal anymore you need to take it off the menu that is call false advertisement take it off the menu or bring it back you need to fix this problem now and if you still sell it a certin locations you need to say that

Love coming there when we come to town! But they had NO coke at all! Nothing but lemonade. Not cool. But other than that I love Jack in the Box!
