Panda Express

2 stars only because the food was fresh, warm and pretty good-otherwise it would be a zero. Ordered steamed rice, beef broccoli and orange chicken via uber eats. Received rice and double orange chicken. Receipt showed correct order, container was missing the items. Called to have it corrected and the manager said to call uber eats, that wasn't them. Explained it wasn't ubereats that messed up, but the actual store by not putting correct food. Manager said he understood, but that's the way it works...guess, store #1720 is on the "don't eat here " list. So Sad, because they actually are good, but their accountability and customer service is nonexistent.

Very good vegetarian meal! Would have been vegan without the chocolate chip cookie but I was being "bad" that day haha! 😜 Only thing that would have made it perfect is if this location had the eggplant entre but still a good meal none-the-less. Perfect portions and hit the spot--very satisfying without making me feel stuffed! Love it!

I come here probably 3 times a week for lunch since it’s so close for about two months now but I think I gotta find a new spot. Probably 2 out of them 3 times I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for rice or chicken without a fail and if they do have brown rice ready most of the time it’s hard as a rock you couldn’t even try to eat it if you wanted too, and every time I say I’ll wait on the items that I want Whoever is serving me Gives me an attitude because I don’t want the other items. This use to be my favorite lunch spot I don’t know what happened with staffing just need to step it up.

Almost always have issues with waiting but tonight topped the cake. Went to get the food I’ve been craving due to being pregnant and asked for specifically sweet and sour sauce to go with my order. The portions were tiny as is, and then when I was given my large drink it was filled only 2/3s of the way yet the other drink was dripping all over when handed to me. I asked for the girl to fill my drink the rest of the way and got met with an annoyed “okay” and an eye roll. Then when I asked for my sweet and sour sauce she gave me hot mustard sauce. I definitely didn’t realize that until to late but very annoyed right now over it because it’s all I wanted. Definitely am done going to the panda after this experience. The closeness is not worth it.

Don't go here if you expect food prepped and ready in a timely manner, especially after 8pm. Once they run out of food they won't make it or will have you wait 25 minutes for fresh food. I have not experienced this at any other Panda location. This has been an ongoing problem for the last six months.
