I love this Jersey Mike's and regularly eat here for lunch since I work nearby. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with the food. I thought this was my hair that got caught in the sandwich but that wasn't the case because it was BAKED into the bread and also too dark. Very disappointed.

I am a huge Jersey Mike's fan. That being said, I was severely disappointed today. I ordered a #6, #9, and a #26. The 26, for my.mom, was made correctly, but was soggy due to being overloded with sauce and was cold. The 6, for my daughter, had none of the requested sauces on it. The 9, for me, I couldn't eat because it had tomatoes on it and I'm allergic. On top of that, if they hadnt put tomatoes on it, there were no sauces/condiments that were requested on it. Very dissapointed. I am giving 1 star because I ended up with 3 extra drinks

The bread tasted 2 days old Customer service over the phone was rushy. Also upon picking up the order they didnt put any napkins in my bag or offer any condiments smh just pay n go .

Made it quickly from a phone order, and correctly! Found only one spot to park at lunch time, but only needed one. Tasted great and consistent.
