Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Cashier was awesome but then I had to wait over 18 minutes for my food which were two little wraps and she only brought one of them out. I had to wait another eight minutes for the second one. They did offer me a free smoothie but I wasn’t gonna wait there another 10 minutes to get a free drink.! The manager was sitting there talking to everyone because she had to leave early and instead of letting her employees do their job she was distracting them with a full house.

This is the 3rd order I’ve put in with Postmates for this location. Every time I order my food options with no chipotle Mayo and every single time there is Mayo slathered all over the food and bag and I’m allergic to Mayo so yet another order that has to go in the trash and money wasted. I also ordered a grilled cheese and none of the cheese was even melted. It was still very cold in the middle. It’s really not that hard to make an order correctly. I guess this location has a hard time doing that. I’ll switch to Jamba since I’ve never had as many issues as I constantly do with tropical smoothie. It’s ridiculous. Train better.

This is not the first time that they made me wait for my order. I put an order 30mins before pick up time today and when I get there, it's not made and made me wait for another 12 minutes. I understand if they are busy but they're not. There's two of them and they move slow. There's no sense of urgency. No apology for making me wait and for not making my order on time.

TSC on Blue Diamond Crossing was the WORST ever! The first smoothie was runny like chocolate milk, the second smoothie not no taste and it looked like barf, and the third smoothie was...NO not just right but worst than the first two. It had lots of ice chunks, pale tan-brownish color and really lack any type of liquid. That's what happens when you go to a TSC out of your area. You'd think they should be all the same, NOT at this location!

Don't waste your time, money, and patience here! I placed a large order on the app for delivery in October, only to be texted by the delivery service that my delivery was canceled. Just because they cancel doesn't mean I get a refund. I try calling the store twice because this is the only option in the app. It rings until it times out. So I send an employee to the location to see what's going on. She walks in to music blaring so loud she said no wonder they couldn't hear the phones. The person proceeds to tell her they have no online order. They attempt to make the order from an incomplete screen shot. Several smoothies were omitted and the other half were made wrong. I've contacted corporate MULTIPLE times over this and I still have no resolution. I paid a delivery fee and tip for a service that was not rendered to me! I've been told by corporate the location will have to contact me regarding my refund. I've not heard a peep from them. I don't like being a Karen, but I also hate paying for goods and services I do not receive. I know employees are new everywhere and places are short staffed, but even management is dropping the ball. This place has gone downhill. Don't waste your money!

The worst experience ever. Had a large order so the employee decides to leave me outside and do everyone else’s order. Waited a long time after he skipped me and did everyone else’s order even though I was here before everyone else. Refused to acknowledge he skipped me which was rude and then proceeded to try and tell me to wait. I would highly suggest just going to another tropical smoothie unless you have hours to waste for a bad customer experience. No I was not rude, no I was not giving attitude, this employee was just in the wrong. No need to cause a scene just posting about experience here
