So I'm kind of Chinese food, food critic because of when I worked in a Chinese-American food restaurant from the age of 16-23. I love me some general Tao chicken and brown rice. This location can improve on some things, which I already expressed to the manager in person when I returned my meals. The love for this food is now a blessing and a curse 😵💫🤯

Went in 45 minutes before closing and they were out of Beijing beef and refused to cook more because it was “almost 7:30” and that’s when the cooks stop cooking. If your restaurant closes at 8 you should have food until 8. Not empty at 7:15 and refusing to cook more. Ever since covid, this panda has had horrible service and closes earlier than they should. They mine as well close all together.

The food is good but if you are ordering to go double check your bag and also be prepared to wait. I preorder my food a little over an hour in advance and my husband still had to wait for them to prepare the food! Nothing was ready and they gave me extra of the wrong appetizer and no sauces that I requested.

Was told to leave because I didn’t have a mask yet the people sitting down had their masks off. I was not aware the virus only gets you if you’re standing, so I asked if she could take my order while I sat. The cashier refused and told me I had to leave. I had not been here in 2 years because I heard of the treatment, but my daughter was craving Panda. Anyways, we are next door, no mask because Clark County doesn’t have a mandate and SNHD states on their site you can’t mandate a customer or patron.

We were so disappointed with our visit to this location today. The food had very little flavor and it was gummy and sticky.. We had the rice the noodles, orange chicken and another chicken with a honey glaze.

So far the best Panda Express in town. Team work know what they are doing! Food is incredibile delicious for a fast food level.. really left speechless. I really hope that the company take care of the employees here, 11/10

The old reliable of fast food take out. Service at this location is always super friendly and rivals that of Chic-fil-a. Food quality is also in the upper half of all Pandas I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy.

Horrible customer service. I forgot a mask and they just told me to get out. There were at least 20 people sitting there eating without a mask. I asked if they had a mask like every other place, but they said no and that I should leave. I went next door and no problem they had a mask. RUDE
