Fatburger

"You can't rush perfection." That's what the sign on the drive thru reads and as a life long fan of fatburger, its a very appropriate mantra. Fatburger reminds me of all the greatest backyard BBQ burgers I've eaten in my life, even though I believe they cook the burgers on a flat top grill. What I mean is all the flavors from the super fresh toppings combined with the deliciousness of the burger bring back all of my tastiest memories. I've eaten some amazing burgers in my life, but Fatburger is my all time favorite. It just checks all the boxes on what makes a burger awesome (for me anyway) and I'll pick it over anywhere else 10 times out of 10. If you like old fashioned burgers, and you are patient, just go already. My personal recommendation is King burger with everything and then add cheese and and egg. I just had 2 in the last 2 days and now I really want a third one. And yeah, it looks a little sloppy, but who cares, its amazing!

Order original meal with all condiment but tomatoes, went to window paid, was only given drink and burger. Had to tap on window to get their attention about missing fries. Took over 10 mins to get fries. Then when I went to eat burger only had tomatoes cheese and meat. Very disappointed in lack of service. I then called to speak to them about miss up with order ask my name and when I would be able to come back to have then remake it. So, I told her Monday at 1130am. So I show to get my remake and I'm asked for receipt , explain I was not told I need to bring it. Karen acting manager sorry I'm trying to help you. Not my fault you associates did not follow procedure. Now I have to waste another 40 long to go get receipt. Very poor service and follow through.

Today I had the worst experience from a male worker. He was totally rude by cutting me off while trying to order my food items. He has poor listening skills and communication skills. This is the second time I dealt with his bad behavior, and he makes the food taste like slop. This worker is bad for business.

Beyond disappointed in this Fat Burger, overall horrible experience. I don’t recommend at all, from service to food, not the same as other fat burgers in town. I was over charged, given attitude when I inquired about it. The food order was inaccurate, when I brought it to the employees attention, the employee gave us even more attitude. I was over charged 2x, inaccurate order, and attitude from the employees. (Other customers were complaining about the food and the wait) apparently they weren’t using the original “fat burger fries”

Went to Fat burger on Ranchero Rd. Ordered Chili Cheese Burger meal cost $16.00 + very disappointed 1 small scoop of Chili didn’t even taste it until I bit into the middle of the burger, not worth the money spent. I grew up on the Original Fat burger in L.A. on Western off Jefferson where they gave you a spoon with your Chili Cheese Burger hince the word (CHILI) now that was a real Chili Cheese Burger when you stood in line for 20 minutes to order but oh boy was it worth it. Next time if there is a next time I will submit a picture as of now I won’t waste my money.👎🏼
