Conveniently located in the food court, this is a great Rubio's location. While the food was not the best I've had from a Rubios, it was still great. The service was also great, being friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend this Rubio's if you need a meal while at the outlets.

Ordered their shrimp trio and fish burrito > very delicious. Their salsa bar is no longer open—the reason for the 4-star rating.
They have the most delicious fish tacos in las vegas there crispy but juicy at the same time 😋
Verry nice staff and quick service👍I ordered the California burrito and it was super delicious! I often don't enjoy going to rubio's becase I feel that the food is often dry and bland, but this location and meal really surprised me.

If you like good Mexican food then this place is not worth the visit. The whole dish is tasteless and looks like some form of goo. Of course; you get what you pay for, so on the positive side it is worth mentioning this place is cheap.
