First time trying Capriotti Definitely not worth $34 got medium sub, 3 brownies, bowl of soup which was so gross and kids grilled cheese meal which they forgot the craisins and juice box. Sandwich hardly any meat Next time jersey mikes sub it will be... paid $4.99 for the grilled cheese meal nothing else with it

I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich on 10/17and it has all these Y shaped hard chunks in it I don't know if they were cartilage or what and it cracked my tooth that had no problems before that. I've never cracked a tooth eating food before and would have thought maybe eating nuts or something hard, but a chicken sandwich. It was also one of the worse tasting sandwiches I've had. Firehouse is way better quality and better price.

Sandwiches made wrong and missing items. Unfortunately, common lately. Really want to be supportive but I go to a lot of the same places so at least give me what i know and expect... and paid for!

We were planning to go to Subway or Jimmy John's. Only changed our mind for convenience. I will never go back!!! Neither one of us liked the food. My dog would not eat it after he tasted it. They charge way too much for some really nasty food. Go at your own risk.

Normally we get exactly what we otder and its fantastic, today however half of our order is wrong.. tried to call to hopefully have it corrected, but I cannot get through. Damn, we were looking forward to our order..
