Sonic Drive-in

Waited 1 hour for my food that I ordered through the app. I spoke to 2 people prior to me asking to speak to a manager and going off on her because the drive through was getting their food but I wasn't. I am not one to complain typically which is why I waited so long but an hour for fast food is insane. Close the app and curbside orders if ur too busy and understaffed or at least let people know that it will be a long wait because I could have canceled and gotten my money back and gone elsewhere.

Waited over 30 mins for one hamburger and two milk shakes. Apparently the ice cream machine was down. Instead of informing the customers, they made everyone wait. However, they came out and took the payment within five minutes. Was handed my milkshake sloppy and the cherry fell off on the ground. The lid was not attached right and popped off causing overload milkshake to melt all over the car. Please train your employees on communication and simple customer service.

Customer service dumpster fire!! Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes (10 minutes waiting at the speaker to order) only to figure... hey maybe the speaker isn't working? Yeah NOPE. They were "busy" and guess what... no courtesy "hey we will be right with you."There were only two cars in front of me. I asked if I could order my food at the window ( got kids waiting on ice cream at home) and was told NO my choices were go back around or pull up to the carport and order. You guys need to retrain some of the people that work here. The person I was dealing acted as if he gave zero you know whats. This is supposed to be fast food. Next time I'm going to McDonald's assuming the ice cream machine is working.

They were rude and disrespectful, and tried to tell me the slushy that I have ordered for the last 20 years doesn’t exist 😂 lil gurls I’ve gotten this product for longer than you guys have been alive. Drove to the next Sonic and had absolutely no problem getting exactly what I wanted, and they were actually busy, and way bigger, and had out our order in less time than it took you to walk out to my car to argue with me. Poor customer service.

Took very long and wasn’t many people in the drive thru, I didn’t order many things and they STILL took about 40-46 min ! Would not recommend this location. And on the side of that the fat girl w purple hair was being greedy with the ranch like it comes out her check, I think she tucks em under her belly
