Kaizen Revolving Sushi

My girlfriend and I went here for a date night. We called ahead and reserved a spot and they told us there was 1 couple and 1 family ahead of us, and that wait would be around 30 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and when we spoke again to them they said there were more people waiting before us and we had to wait another 30 minutes. Once we got seated we were helped to a few small revolving portions of sushi and our drinks were out quick, but once our meal order was taken we didn't hear another word from our waitress. We watched another family of 6 sit down and receive their food before we were served, and I had to turn around and ask the chef to prepare us our meals as the waitress never came back to our table! We ordered 2 rolls of sushi and an appetizer. Our appetizer actually came out LAST out of all food, and that was after I told the cook we were missing it. Overall, the food was good. But the service was definitely poor and we will not be returning to this location.

Oh my goodness. I haven't had Sudhi that delicious in...never. I loved the carousel, actually, my daughter (16) loved the carousel, I had to stop her after 3 plates off the carousel. I loved the train delivery, it's the cutest thing. Having your meal delivered to you by a train, is so cool. Customer service was amazing. I plan on going back.

Came here for happy hour where everything in the revolving bar is supposedly $1.95. Sushi was good: favorites were Popcorn Shrimp, Dragon roll, Shrimp and Crab, and Crunch Roll! Service was okay: took them long to give us wasabi, and the servers were usually in the back so we'd have to wait for them to come out for us to ask something. A bit disappointing that they put the picture of the fried oysters in the revolving bar, which was the reason I suggested to order it, and then they took it out of the revolving bar in time for us to pay the full price (not happy hour) when we billed out. Also, their fried oysters weren't that good, so I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, it was okay. Might come back just to get rolls, and ask for everything we need in one go. 3.5 star!
