Mcdonald's

I'm not mad, just disappointed. This is by far my favorite location to come to, but I got an ugly half sized chicken nugget today that is just unappealing in its whole. I put a normal chicken nuggets on the left to compare. This place has great friendly staff and usually gets my complicated orders right. This chicken nuggets they gave me is just kinda gross.

ACTUAL STAR RATING: 3.5 I'm not a real fan of McDonald's food for health and fitness reasons. So when I come to any McDonald's on an infrequent occasion (at most once every other year), it's generally for someone else. That was the case today. I was surprised to see this McDonald's, located at 8556 Blue Diamond and Durango, wasn't allowing anyone into the physical premises. Although I was surprised, I was incredibly impressed that McDonald's, of all fast-food restaurants, only allowed drive-thru and curbside food delivery. Since I haven't been to this or any other McDonalds in well over a year, I was pretty bowled-over that at this late date into the pandemic, they [McDonald's] aren't forgoing regulations in favor of more stringent standards for the safety of their staff and guests. As I mentioned above, I don't eat McDonald's food any longer. Today I had a cup of coffee that was okay. The curbside attendee was wearing both a mask and gloves. Bravo McDonald's, for pandemic service far above what your competitors are doing, I'm rating this store 3.5 stars, which for me might as well be a five-star rating for a fast-food restaurant. Horrible service they charged me over 47.00$ for food I didn’t order and refused to give me a refund and told too bad we can’t fix it call your bank. I spoke with 2 so called managers FRED and MELANIE! I have my Bank statement and mobile app statement showing they charged me twice for food I didn’t get. Than she hung up on me and said hope you figure it out. What kind of service is this? Could not give me a refund for a mistake they made, no apology or remorse for mistake just attitude and rude unapologetic and condescending tone.

All the lights are on. Drive thru lights are on. Nothing said they are closed. We are here Website said they are open 24 hours but with further research they are closed really early. We were there at 12am. We were starving too. You need to update your hours on Google. We went to Taco Bell and they were open.
