Aloha Hawaiian Bbq

1 BBQ short ribs beef plate $11.95 , 1 Hawaiian BBQ chicken w/fried rice $8.95, 1 chicken katsu musbi $2.25 , 1 spam musubi $2.25 ,1 teriyaki ck bowl $ 5.95 with side of mac salad $ 1.10, and 3x fried ice cream ( $ 2.15 x 3 ) pick up in 15 minutes we ordered 3 smoothies(, 2 honey dew, 1 mango ) i was charged $ 49.14 ,food and another $ 12.16 for smoothies.. no fried ice cream but sesame balls , and the smoothies were different colors and wrong , I asked whats with the fried ice cream? she said no , made sesame balls. ) But we didnt order that ! I asked for reciept she charged us $ 11.85 for the sesame balls ( we didnt order) and we didnt want either...asked her why she charged me $49.14 when total was $ 42.32 on my text . ? she said oh what you want you money back? smoothies didnt know what it was but it wasnt drinkable..tossed it . BBQ chk plate had nasty mac salad . the boba was clumped together so disgusting This use to be one of our favorite places.. we will NOT be returning .. Just a waste of money , and poor quality in food and over charging ..should have taken items off menu if they no longer have it , rather then double charging for something we didnt order ...

There was 1 guy working on a Saturday having to do everything from the cashier to cooking. Usually the food is good when there's multiple people working. This time around it wasn't the best. Rice was old and hard. Mac salad was bad. Chicken was ok. Get help please, this was 1 of my favorite lunch spots.

Ordered online because I only get 30 mins for lunch. I get there I have to wait 10 more mins. I get my food and head back to work. I ordered a mini loco moco over fried rice and a musubi. The Fried rice was burnt, it was like they put white rice in already burnt oil. it was disgusting and the Mac salad was gross. Musubi was just ok I would give it 3 out of 10. Never again.

Absolutely Terrible. I had the beef curry and my beef was boiled hard, 2 oz of mediocre curry and my potato/carrots were microwaved. How do i know? My carrot was still frozen and my potato was dry. Beware, they have a no refund policy, store credit only. Nothing like wanting store credit for food you never want to eat again.

I come here maybe twice a month and I can say for a fact the quality is different every single time I go. Sometimes it’s amazing sometimes it’s terrible. Today was the worst, it was like the beef was boiled, it was bright red inside. Chicken was just barely cooked enough, it had a slightly raw flavor, the rice was like mush. I’m honestly predicting to get food poisoning in the next couple of hours.
