Decent enough for what it is, but don’t expect the drive through to go quickly. They’ll get you through the drive through quickly, but almost every time I’m asked to pull forwards and wait 10 more minutes. This is for a small order for two people. There could be nothing in the drive through except tumbleweeds and you’ll still be asked to pull forward. Orders are usually correct at least

I ordered almost $100 worth of food through Uber eats and unfortunately in our order we were missing 1 large drink and a 20piece chicken nuggets. I tried calling more then a few times and no one answered the phone. All I wanted to do is let them know about the missing items, but I guess this review might get there attention, but I highly doubt it.

The setup here is pointless and a waste of time! The had me and others place my order and park out front. There was no system in place. Staff was wondering around the parking trying to find what belong to who. We were sitting for 10min just waiting for food. This setup makes no sense and only positive aspect is that it may create more jobs by adding steps to the process.

It’s pretty bad customer service wise to tell a customer you stopped making chicken or fish sandwiches bc you only have 1 cook and the MOD. Here is my opinion…your employees want to be paid $15 hour as pay benefit but not do the work to earn that kind of pay. My observation is that the employees are becoming lazy on the late shift and only want to do the bare minimum and that’s it.. if you want to reap the benefits of being paid $15 hour you need to be less lazy and be more about customer service and do the work above & beyond that is expected or find another career where it’s acceptable to do the bare minimum where laziness is the acceptable norm. If you got time to lean you got time to clean!!!

This location is absolute trash. They will mess up your drive thru order and then have the audacity to tell you that you need to drive back thru the line to have it corrected, mind you the line is wrapped around the building and I already waited in it for 15-20 min. Horrible customer service. Anytime I come here, my order is either messed up or half missing. The manager is also rude and condescending.
