I’m so disappointed!! Again I ordered the Biggie, with a jr bacon cheeseburger. No bacon!! What’s going on?? This is 3 times this has happened!!! If I’m paying for this, I want what I ordered!!! No receipt, had to look up the phone number. Of course no answer. The manager needs to be better hands on!!

I use to love going to wendys...but now when i go there i have a bad feeling because its always some angry ghetto person taking the order no customer service just rude. It's disappointing fries are always greasey and soggy I guess go back there hoping they get it right but it's not happening... NO matter how good the food was if the service sucks and the order wrong and the fries are mushy grease. It's. Hassle going there rather go without it .......

There is absolutely no reason to sit in a drive through for over 20 mins with 4 people in front of you. This location gets worse by the day. At least they fired the tweekers. ****UPDATE****: Seems like they heard our reviews or at least heard enough from us locals. This place is under what appears to be new management. At least the very nice gentlemen that helped us today did amazingly. Food tastes the way it should again. Service is awesome again.

I like that s Wendy’s as it has that new soda dispensing machine. Which means there are lots of choices for customers who prefer soda that has no calories or no caffeine. Service is very fast as the 2 young servers are very focused and hardworking. Although the lineup is long the former d comes out very fast. Unfortunately the chilli is not hot, only warm at its best. But then the servers are very helpful. They microwave them for us. Fries and the nuggets are hot and tasty. I’ll definitely return to this location.

This is the second time we've been here in the last couple months and both times they can't get a single hamburger order right!!! We both ordered lettuce, tomato and mayo. Wife got ketchup lettuce and no tomato and i got ketchup, mustard, lettuce and pickles!!!! How could they be so off and we were the only people in the place!! Also, it's 58 degrees outside and the A/C was on!!! It was warmer outside than inside!!! Guess we won't be going back and be sure to tell our friends!!!
