Mar Y Tierra

My first visit here and I am not impressed to say the least. I visited with my family later in the evening, about an hour before closing. Service was on the slow side, portions are large but the price accounts for that. Waitress would only speak to my husband, who speaks Spanish. Entrees were nothing to be impressed over. Asada meat was sub par, really dry and lacking flavor. Adobado tasted a bit funky like it may have been reheated a few times. My kid's enjoyed their bean and cheese burritos. The best part of the meal was the horchata, flan, and handmade tortillas that only came with the queso fundido. Overall the food is lacking and the flan and horchata are not enough to make me come back.

one of the best restaurant I come across so far. I came in with my wife and daughter and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered enchiladas de pollo en salsa verde. My wife ordered the milanesa de pollo. Both were well done and filled with favor. Not to mention the tortillas that came with the milanesa where hand made. Hard to believe that not many people come here

It might not be close to the strip, but you know your getting good Mexican food when your waitress doesn't speak English. The restaurant is a bit of a dive, but the food is spot on and colossal in serving size which makes up for it's cost. Intend to spend about $20 per plate and to take leftovers home or someone to split it with.

Mar y tierra has very good food! Their agua de horchata tastes so good and their food is delicious. They have digital menu’s if you would like and they also have plastic screens in between each booth. The prices are okay but I do recommend coming here. Of course no “Mexican food” from the United Stayes will ever compare to the real Mexican food in Mexico but it does have a good taste.
