Came with my mom for breakfast. I haven't had Denny's in over 5 years, due to the food being consistently greasy. However, we decided to try it again and I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I had the Cinnamon Roll pancake breakfast, but I waited so long for the pancakes that I was finished with my breakfast and was full, so I had to take them to-go. That is why this Denny's got 4 stars, because our server had to remind the cook to make my pancakes. Otherwise the location was clean, service was good.

I’ve been here late at night on several occasions. 12AM, 3AM, 5AM, they’re amazing! We always get Ricardo and he’s an above and beyond Waiter! He’s always friendly and charismatic, checking on us several times and making sure everything is to our liking! The chefs in the back always make delicious food and I’ve never left unsatisfied.

The banana and caramel pancakes were amazing and the sides were great as well. My friends lunch was good too and the service was very nice and timely. Will definitely be back to this location.

Usually I would give this particular location (On Nellis Blvd) a high rating. On this visit my friend and I didn't have the service that we should have. Our waitress was rather inattentive. We even had to ask other employees to get her for us. We had our receipt before we were finished. They are usually SO MUCH BETTER!!

There are definetly times when they are slow, mainly because it's a busy day like Wednesday or Saturday morning or they're short-staffed. Overall, they provide good service along with good American dining options. My favorite thing to order for breakfeast is the chicken biscuit gravy bowl. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to grab a bite. Meals can range from as low as 7.99 to 13-14.99

I had been anticipating trying the eggs benedict Denny's Bennys for a while and had a good occasion to treat myself to breakfast. My meal was delicious and tasted great but even though they weren't very busy my coffee cup ran dry and nobody ever talked to me about it. Brace yourself for the tab if you try this meal. Denny's Benny's plus Juice Plus coffee only one single cup cost over 21 bucks not including tip.

Food was cold. Had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was cold and had not been mixed correctly. There was still clumps of the mix in it. The fries were cold and only partially cooked.

We were a party of 15 so I understand it was hard for the food to come out at the same time but everyone's food was cold. The entrées came out at the same time as the appetizers. My burger was so salty and greasy. The didnt refill our drinks while we were waiting. We had waited for 30-45 min for the food to come out and we really hungry so we just ate it instead of them having to remake it. The manager was apologetic about it and he gave us a discount. Overall it was ehh.

My whole plate was cold. I had the waiter bring me another plate and by then everyone else in my party was almost done eating. I then proceeded to let the waiter know that meal was cold and he brought me another meal but by then everyone was done eating so I asked to get a to go box. That is the first time ever that my meal was cold.

I used the new Denny's online ordering system. My "food tracker" said the order was delivered, but it was not. When I called the store, the manager, Pedro, said there was nothing he could do. They gave my food to "some guy from UberEats", and that was the end of the store's responsibility for the food. He cannot issue a refund for the food that wasn't delivered - I'll have to try and contact Denny's corporate Customer Service in the morning. I was very disappointed in the store's total lack of concern and care. They gave my food to "some guy"... no clue who got it or where it went, and refused to take any responsibility for my order. Pedro said he'd gladly make me new food if there's something wrong with the food that wasn't delivered. Really? Well, maybe "some guy from UberEats" will complain about the food quality. In the meantime, I'll be complaining to Denny's corporate office, Paypal, Google, TripAdvisor, and every other review option I can find.

Kimberlie is the best waitress in that Dennys. She dealt with our crazy food orders and got everything right. My veggie omelet was decent....I would have just like the veggies to have been more chopped and more cheese. Other than that great service and good food.

Everything was A-1 but once served the server or waitress never gave us utensils 🥄 I got up went to the woman that looked in charged behind the counter gave a deeper tone excuse me ☝🏿 (Because our waitress was literally less then fifteen feet from us and the polite 💩 wasn’t working) can I please get two sets of utensils the ohs and I’m so sorry 😐 stuff but in reality I’m gon Hop my ass to the IHOP next door next time and just for future people never offend anyone preparing your 🥘 wait and do it after so no mysterious new sauces or and anything isn’t mixed in your food because if u don’t live in dream land you know humans that likely lives aren’t yours have basic minded Get backs so be wise and look at the disrespecting employees at places like a moment you probably wanted or did say 🖕🏿This I’m out so play it accordingly. This place is the worst! Every time terrible customer service. Will ask you how your meal was but doesn't care about response. We had mildew in both our waters. Manager took water away and no one came back to offer different drinks. Didn't have toppings for our pancakes even though we ordered special. Servers are rude.

Terrible service. All our meals came out at different times, some even after some of us had finished eating. Our side orders and parts of our dish came at the end of eating as well. So late that some of us forgot we had ordered anything at all...

Always a line, but for a good reason.
Consistently good service. My waiter was Priscilla and she did a great job. Even though she was busy she kept coming back to our table, making sure we were doing okay and drinks were full.

Nope we didnt order stains on the cup. Freaking GROSS! How did you NOT see this miss waitress. Then when we tell her.. She trys to whipe the outside of the cup like that would make it better (it was on the inside anyways)... Then finally comes with our food. Other half used the "build a burger" which the menu states "all burgers come with lettuce, tomatoes. And onions" so he didn't say those when he ordered... Waitress try to tell him "those dont come in the burgers...." uhmmm... Yeah.. Yeah they do. Forgets my toast for a good 20minutes. She comes back over to "see how we are doing" and i ask for a to go box... And get " oh so im guessing no desert" ... No. You have messed up enough tonight thanks! Didn't even try and fix her mistakes....
