Man I wish I could just come here to get my breads instead of going to Whole Foods. Such a great challah bread to make French toast with. It’s a shame the Whole Foods only get a few a week and we can’t reserve one.
Bon Breads baguette fried crisp in an olive/canola oil blend with garlic butter, parsley salt, parmesan and lemon.. what can I say, other than fantastic. Great texture and flavor on the bread. Also shown with Italian sausage, cannellini beans and mixed greens. What I like about them on top of the fact that they're bread is amazing, is that it can be found at Whole Foods. It's a plus, since i live on the other side of town, although i know some people refuse to shop at there.

Bon Breads is dedicated exclusively to the art of artisan bread making. In 1999, master baker Carlos Pereira and a very old “starter” (combination of flour, water, and wild yeast that gives the bread its unique flavor, crust and texture) given to him by his master, started a one man operation that quickly grew quickly. Today, Bon Breads is the most well regarded artisanal bread bakery in Las Vegas. Their products are made from scratch 7 days a week, using unbleached flours. They do not add preservatives or artificial colorants. The Bacon & Onion Batard is one of best breads I have ever had. It’s wonderful just toasted with a little butter spread on top for breakfast. I can also see this grilled up as a grilled cheese with sharp cheddar or a turkey provolone sandwich. I can’t wait to get back to Vegas for more.
The best flaky popover (I just don't know what to call it) we have ever had! Bon Magnifique!
