Hot Dog On A Stick

This is one of the last remaining hotdogs on a stick the other ones in the area taste horrible I don’t know if it’s the oil or the temperature of the oil but this one here was just right just like the one on muscle Beach near Venice, California the only dam part was it took forever. There’s only one person there and that’s ridiculous And they are actually not too expensive but it’s still a little pricey

Was there recently and witnessed the worst customer I've ever seen. Seriously, this lady looked like a bag of gonorrhea if it took on a human form. It all started when one of the ladies behind the counter asked the woman to please step over to the side to let other customers come up to the counter, and this woman lost her mind, calling the poor staff person rude. The customer then proceeded to pester the other staff person about the legitimacy of the name that was on the receipt so she could complain. Later on, this customer started loudly and openly complaining to her sons about how it's been 6 minutes, and she was told 3 minutes for her food. The staff behind the counter told her "It's OK ma'am I'll get your food out to you" and the customer lost her mind again, telling the staff member to mind her own business. Some back and forth later, the poor young girl is in a screaming match with this customer, because the customer spent the last few minutes completely berating the girl, eventually yelling across the mall, calling the staff a "4-eyed fat b**ch" Anyway.. just leaving a 5-star review because the staff did not deserve that kind of treatment from any customer. They were nice, they were polite, and they were just trying to fix the situation. That customer was and is a horrible human being, and I wish more companies would abandon the "customer is always right" mentality, so human trash like that start getting what they deserve: nothing.

My name is: Mike Hughes, I live in Las Vegas, NV., I went to the mall in Henderson and went to: Hotdog on a Stick, with my wife and son like we do on most weekends. (My sons favorite place to eat!) Well, let’s just say, we had a less than desirable encounter and frustrating experience with the staff, specifically The Manager and an employee. So, when we got home o sent an email to their Corporate Office. Honestly, I didn’t expect a reply or even an acknowledgment. I’m glad to say, my expectations weren’t met. I received a call from a very nice, considerate and professional young lady, she expressed her concern and apologized adamantly. In today’s world I honestly expected to be ignored and to be sluffed off under the rug. With all the disrespect and unhappy people working in these kinds of jobs customer service has really taken a hit and been beaten into virtual non existence. But, I’m very happy and pleased to say, I was wrong about this company and it’s Executive staff! Honestly we were never going to use their services again. This woman, (I apologize, I don’t remember her name, but she’ll remember this conversation when she reads this.) changed all of this. I won’t be returning to that location again, but we will continue with our ritual on the weekends at Hotdog on a Stick. Thank you Hotdog on a Stick for making us feel important and respected. Honor is a hard commodity to come by these days. Especially with all the Liberal agendas and Cancel Culture. Thank you! Respectfully, The Hughes Family
