Room size was good. Bathtub was huge. We had a good view of the Sphere from our room. But parking wise you will need to park at the mall and walk a distance and pay a daily parking rate. Very convenient location as you do have the mall directly below you so its easy to buy water and shop till you drop. One of the most reasonably priced hotel there.

Hotel check was great, staff is wonderful, amenities great, but our room (after booking 6 month ahead of time) looked like a last minute squeeze in. Out view was the top of the air conditioner units, wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Room was never cleaned after 3 days. When I asked they said it was on request? Still got charged the daily charge for service. Won't book there again, I blame Travelocity obviously they don't check anything

Room was spacious and clean. Mini fridge, ironing board and iron available in room. Checking in was easy and quick with Self-Check in. Parking was a little confusing but just following the signs helped. The only downside for new people booking at Planet Hollywood is getting to the lobby. From the self-parking structure, take the elevator to Casino floor (3rd floor I think), enter the casino and you'll have to walk around the Miracle Miles until you reach the casino and take the escalator down to the lobby. I hope this helps for new people. It was wonderful walking the Miracle Miles.

This has a good location, It seems like they are updating the place. We did not stay here but we walked through and used the casino. It is attached to the miracle mileshops, which have all sorts of things from food to souvenirs and beauty services. Casino was not dark and dingy at all. It was a pleasant place and I would recommend it.

Room was okay. Bed was comfy. The parking is horrible. They should have a drop off luggage area aside from valet. The Bakkt theater is great. Great size and the sound is awesome. Room service called us at 10:00 to tell us check out was at 11:00, asking what time we were checking out. What?

We were here for my daughters 21st birthday. We had quite a big group. The beds were super comfortable and the room was just really nice and quite when we came back from the strip. It was fairly reasonable in cost and the staff was very nice. There were lots of games available to play. We would stay there again!

I've stayed at Planet Hollywood at least 5 times. I've stayed both in the ultra-hip and Ultra resort rooms. The rooms are well appointed with nice furnishings and bathrooms. But, they're always slightly lacking on cleaning and maintenance. I've never stayed in a room that didn't have clear tape on the walls, I suspect from people putting up decorations. Some rooms have had stains on the wall likely from people popping champagne, and the inside of the door in the water closet is always dirty. The maintenance team also needs to replace the silicon on the tub and shower, sometimes the wallpaper around the shower is showing water damage. Furniture sometimes has laminate pealing off, or doors/drawers that don't close properly. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but the pricing is always good, beds are comfortable enough, and you can't beat the location center strip. The hotel would be just about perfect if Caesars spent more time on repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. I feel like MGM properties are a bit better at this.

We really enjoyed our stay here....it has been 10 years or so since we stayed last. Our room was spacious and had been updated since our last stay. We liked the atmosphere of the casino and enjoyed several of their restaurants. But the best feature is their location on the strip...

We've stayed at quite a few places in Las Vegas. Planet Hollywood was pretty great other than their elevator issues in the North Tower. It took forever to get to our room or to get down to the casino or lobby for the whole weekend we were there. We had to plan our days around it so we weren't standing there for an extra 40 minutes. It did seem to finally get fixed the day we left. But I gave it four stars because the rooms were wonderful, and our view was outstanding. The pool, even on a cold day was wonderful with a great staff that was attentive and kind and brought wonderful drinks. The nightlife is a little louder than we're used to but everything made for a fun time. I wish they had more restaurants that were the casino's (it's just Gordon Ramsey's Burger and a pizza joint). But the other ones nearby are affordable and have a lot of good choices for vegetarian, vegan, or meatless eaters. Everything is pretty expensive but that's Vegas. We had a great time without breaking the bank, and we left happy and had great stories to tell! Thank you, Planet Hollywood.

We really liked staying here. Service and room where really nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect (mid of the strip). The hotel has everything you need. The only thing I don’t like (but this is common with many hotels in Vegas) is the hidden costs. You have to pay some extra service fees and parking is also not included. But else everything was great. We had an amazing king size bed and a wonderful bathtub. Everything seemed clean. The hotel gym is nice and large enough, the pool could be more exciting, but it’s fine. Since I was there with my husband and we wanted to do some spa, we were sad that the spa area is splittend for genders. But I think it’s good for those who prefer not to have it mixed. So it’s fine with us. The spa is also not included in the price. So if you want to use it, you have to pay extra. Overall we liked it here.
