It was there anniversary! When we walked in Jessica had this big smile on her face and explained everything to us in detail as it was our first time there. Her and Milana were just awesome! So friendly and customer oriented! This place is adorable, the waffles are prepared in front of you and the ice cream is delicious! Will be back many times from now on. I was very pleased with my choice and visit!

We chose to create our own waffle with two scoops of ice cream of our choice, chose a topping. It was simply delicious! I tried the Armenian coffee milkshake. OMG the coffee flavor with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzles was heaven to my taste buds! Definitely recommend this place.

Great local small business serving up delicious made to order waffles and fresh ice cream. We visited Lucy's today around 2pm. It was not busy at all. The server can't remember his name but it started with a J. He was really nice and would answer all your questions about the menu. Also be has a great memory he didn't write anything down and took 5 orders in a row with no problems. We ordered two half waffles one with strawberry cheesecake ice cream and the other with rocky road. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream didn't have a lot of cheesecake flavor but it was still delicious. It only took about 5 minutes for the waffle to finish.

First off, the waffles, toppings, ice cream, etc. tasted yummy and the service was helpful and pleasant. However, I feel there is something missing to really set this place apart from other waffle/diner joints in the area.
The waffles were the right kind of fluffy and crispy, but I feel that it would make it more interesting if you had different flavors of the week/month for the waffle base. Perhaps, Cookies n' Cream, Cinnamon, Chocolate, or even Biscoff! Filling the waffles, if possible with bananas, chocolate chips, or blueberries would be a nice touch as well.
It would be fun to maybe bring in some cereals to top the waffles with or more fruit selections.
Otherwise Lucy's Waffles & Ice Cream was a nice weekend sweet breakfast brunch that my husband and I tried and enjoyed. Thank you for your service and yummy waffles!

Absolutely the BEST dessert concept ever, and if you’re big on dessert for breakfast this needs to be your go-to place. I could go here for just their waffles but once you add the ice cream, gourmet syrups and homemade whipped cream it’s an event that becomes worthy of a celebration, daily. If you’re anything like me, a smooth Armenian coffee will surely hit the spot while your kids indulge. I bring all the kiddos here for special occasions like half birthdays, unbirthdays, and girls night out, but also a great place to impress a date or have a cup of coffee you’ll not soon forget.

Had some time to kill so we decided to look for an ice cream shoppe. Enter Lucy's waffles & ice cream. It's a nice little place with some interesting goodies. I'm not big on waffles but would like to try the banana split waffle someday. It looks delicious! Instead we settled for 2 Armenian coffee shakes..and they were good! I just wish they had more ice cream flavors to choose from and I will definitely give it 5 stars!! Try this place out and you may find a new favorite sweet place!

We are still fairly new to living in Nevada and was looking for a new type of ice cream place when we found this one, and I have to say that from Joey's amazing and friendly customer service to the ice cream and waffle combo I had that I will definitely be back here again. They make one of the best waffles I've had and the different combinations you can make are great.
I highly recommend this place to anyone going to the Las Vegas area.

Pretty nice and beautiful waffle with fresh banana on top of it. The only drawback for this store is that it is decorated as a fast food restaurant instead of a nice cafe or after noon place. Otherwise this is really good place to spend the afternoon.

Nice customer service, they are super funny & friendly. Very understanding that tourists have a lot of stuff in their hands, had no problem with me when i came in with my food & shopping bags from somewhere else. Great coupons. Although, i do wish they had a little bit more selection of flavors, there was still a flavor for almost everyone. I did go in the winter, however, so i might have just came at an off season for them. The cold Ice cream and hot waffle combination was so extraordinary! You can also tell the people working here know their desserts are good, they were so excited for us to try it! We ordered the strawberry cheesecake with strawberry sauce drizzle for our first waffle, and the mint & chip for our other waffle, we put Oreo crumbs on top and it was MUAH! So good. They both also came with whipped cream on top. i highly recommend this place. It was so flavorful, but never too sweet. The atmosphere was so fun to be around, so much to look at! Definitely returning whenever i'm in town

It took me a year to finally make it in... but we did it, boy did we do it...
Let me start off by saying, the waffle with two scoops, no matter what flavor or form it takes, is enough for TWO.
But we two gluttons... we each got a full waffle and two scoops, and man... um... rolled ourselves out somehow at the end of it.
Portions are generous, those sundae strawberries are to die for, the waffles are light and buttery and perfectly waffley.
My husband got the banana split, I created my own (butter pecan ice cream, rocky road, white chocolate sauce and peanut butter).
The atmosphere is lively, and Lucy's is full of smiles.

I built my own waffle creation with a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and a scoop of pistachio, white chocolate drizzle, marshmallows, and whipped cream. Not super lovely to look at like their specialty waffles but boy was it yummy!!
I took a good 10 minutes before digging into it coz I was too busy taking photos but the ice cream stayed formed and cold; no drippy cream sauce everywhere. The waffles itself were so thick and pretty tasty.
I say it's a meal already lol
Will definitely come back. Check out different flavors and bring family and friends.
