As a tourist here in Vegas for 2 week and having decided to end my visit with ice cream… Nick totally made my experience one I’ll never forget!! He was so friendly, educational, and even showed his ultimate support for service members! Thank you for all you do Nick!

At Baskin Robbins, I have a particular fondness for their delectable ice creams. While my go-to is vanilla, I also have an affinity for pistachio and strawberry flavors. I was in town and this was close to were I was. Thier staff was pretty friendly.

Tall white guy manager is super nice with super great employees! After taking cash they wash hands, all yell welcome when someone enters. Follow SNHD rules and have great customer service

This is the second time we've used this store for our birthday cake needs.
Both times we have been pleased by our experience. The cakes were well-done and beautiful. Tasty and everything we could have wanted. The staff has been courteous and helpful and their decorating talents brought me a lot of joy.
This store and its staff are doing some great work there. Thank you! Definitely coming back, definitely sharing my experience with others.
10/26/21 - Got two Polar Pizzas for an anniversary and both were delicious. They were ready to pickup, no problem and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Still love this place, love the products, love the people! Thank you!

Yummy as always.. best ice cream in the world... im not sure if this specific location is under remodel but it was very clean anyways. My only concern is that even though it looks as if they are practicing the whole social distancing no one is enforcing it I got there and waited behind the pink line waiting for the young lady to call me to the counter, other people walked in and immediately walked up to the counter and started ordering and it wasn't 1 or 2 people at least 15 people in the same area and I didn't hear any employee tell them to get in the Cleary marked line they just continued to do business... so I am following all guide lines so I paid and ran out asap..I may not come back to this location anytime soon..

Immediately greeted by everyone when I walked in. The lobby area, counters, and ice cream cases were spotless and super clean. The young man who served me was super friendly, outgoing, and had a great sense of humor. I wish I had gotten his name, the service and hospitality were outstanding.
