Chili's

We had all but written off Chili's in the last year. Too many bad experiences and horrible waits. However tonight, the manager, server and food brought us back. Being seated was mirs pleasant than normal. Followed be a prompt greeting by our server and fast drinks. Then super fast food delivered by the manager that was hot and tasty. My kids loved it and I had no complaints nor asks as I usually do. I could tell immediately that the management there was top notch because of our experience and how the food was as well as the service. The kids got kids meals, cheesy chicken and pasta and cheese pizza. This has hit to become if the best kids meals deals in the city. I got the pic 3, cilantro lime steak and it was yummy. To Chili's corporate, the experience we had tonight made us a fan again and redeemed Chili's in our families eyes.

We came here for a to go order. We were craving burgers, and this is the only place we know in this area that serves good burgers. We paid about $35 for 2 orders of stacked burgers with fries and soda, that's including the tip. The server was really welcoming and accommodating. Although we ordered to go, she assisted us very well. She was nice and was joking around with us. The order was well packed. The burgers were huge servings. They feel like a pound burger, really big. They were juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were too thickly cut for my liking. They are ok, but I would have preferred the thinly cut fries to get the crispness. Overall, this is a good place to get burgers from. I will definitely go back here.

I can't comment on atmosphere as my food was delivered curb side. However, my waitress was well mannered and courteous. My food was to the correct temperature and tasty. I took the one star because I had wings and I really prefer all flats 😀. Drumsticks just tend to be dry no matter how you cook them

We went on a Friday around 4:30 pm and were seated in the bar area promptly. The place was very clean, all staff was attentive and helped each other. When staff became too busy the manager, Monique(?) delivered drinks as well. Our 3forMe deals were freshly made, the Chicken Tenders stood out as very juicy. Staff was fantastic about a substitution (mac'n'cheese for french fries), letting us know about the added cost and was happy to accommodate. The times between chips, salad/soup, and entree were just right. Overall a great experience and we'll be coming here instead of the Henderson location (even with a 30 minute drive each way)!

We dined in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. It was not busy and we got right in. The hostess greeted us right away and was very friendly. She gave us a choice of seating at 2 booths near the bar area. Next our waitress greeted us quickly and was very friendly. We ordered an appetizer and 2 alcoholic drinks plus water. The drinks arrived quickly and not to far behind came our appetizer. Once the appetizer arrived we ordered the double hamburger Patti with 6 full slices of crispy bacon. All of the food and drinks were delicious! We definitely needed a take home box as the portions were huge! Great experience, thank you Chili’s 🌶️ We will definitely be back!

Chili's day date with my favorite man on Earth, my son, Ethan. We had mixed appetizers of pick three apps. It was Thee Bomb! I had the Margarita Special, n the rest is history! 😆 My son, loved the BBQ Ribs. Full Rack. Everything was filling, we ordered another rack of ribs for my girls n we were off to run more errands! Great first stop n lunch date I have had in months! Thank You, Chili's.
