This is my area PE and eat here often. It's easy to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but slips my mind when everything is great. . .as it always is at this PE location. This is a long delayed 5-star rating. They def deserve it. The restaurant is always clean, food always fresh and delicious, staff is always patient and courteous, and the manager on duty last night was - in a word, lovely.
I know, I'm a block from Chinatown with awesome options. . and I take advantage of these often. But even with these, there's some inconsistencies. This Panda Express is always spot on.

Better than the Tropicana location off Decatur and Leaps and Bounds above the Maryland Parkway location near the mall. Food was fresher though the selection was a little thin when I went after 8:00. Clean restaurant and fluid service. Food was tasty as always and as I said Leaps and Bounds above the Maryland Parkway store!

The dining area inside is clean and well maintained. The young lady who served our plates was super nice and friendly. I love the fact that the food is cooked fresh. The only downside is we had to wait about 15 minutes or so for the black pepper chicken to be ready. Aside from the fact that there was no one ahead of us and it wasn't packed when we first walked in. The prices are also very reasonable and the portions are generous. The food itself was good.
