The food was AMAZING! The person who took my order was fair. He appeared to be the manager by his attire and demeanor. Only gave 4 stars because I was missing an item. I had to get back in the long line to get it corrected. However, it was worth it and the issue was handled promptly and courteously. I also didn't like the fact that the plastic ware wasn't in a sealed bag... overall, I WOUL DEFINITELY RETURN BACK TO THAT LOCATION... Twenty dollars wasnt bad for two large meals! Chicken was GREAT!!! AND FRESH!...OH! AND WHATEVER THOSE GREEN SAUCES WERE... THEY'RE IMPECCABLY DELICIOUS!... Visiting from GEORGIA

Hands down the Best Pollo I’ve had!
I’m new to Las Vegas and I kept hearing a good amount of people recommending this place. Quick and friendly customer service. I am happily surprised to see how well they are taking care of the customers safety due to COVID-19 so that’s even more reassuring. I got the DOUBLE CHICKEN AVOCADO SALAD 🥗

Ordered via drive thru, young Latino guy, fastest ever. I was prepared to be disappointed because of the speed, but wow!! Fresh chicken quesadilla, and brc. !!! Attendant was Latino with curly hair. Very impressed with the service, and the quality of the quesadilla. 650 pm.

Unfortunately that we don’t have a pollo loco in Alabama and I miss this delicious food, so every time I come to Las Vegas to attend conference or show, my next stop will be pollo loco.

Great food and pretty healthy for fast food! Service at this location is good but they never have iced tea or sweeteners.

Even we ordered online and everything was fine, they said that the order will be missing 4 pieces and it will take around 45 min to be ready, finally the staff gave us extra pieces for that, food was good

Honestly had never been to Vegas where I gathered with friends that couldn't sing enough praises for your chicken. You didn't disappoint! Pollo bowls and chicken burritos, and the 12pc chicken was on the menu more than once for us in 14 days! Lived it and world love to see you open in Kansas City Missouri

THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! STOPPED BY THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU ON MY LUNCH AND GOT BACK TO WORK AND THE CHICKEN WAS STILL RAW!! I CANT GO BACK RIGHT NOW BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
