Excellent coffee which I have taken since early SF Bay Area days. Nice to find this location. Starbucks is not in the same league as Peet’s, and not a close second either. I make it at home everyday.Hope to see more Peet’s in Vegas. The staff at this particular location are super nice and helpful.

Peet's Coffee has a hidden little spot in Summerlin that's not readily visible from the main road. But if you find this spot, it's well worth it.
Their coffees have a tremendous reputation. Delicious.

I’m is usually a bit suspect about chain coffee shop pastries, but so far I’ve enjoyed the apple and blueberry muffins at Peet’s. Coffee and espresso drinks are good. I also like how there is no drive-thru in this location. It makes for a little more relaxing environment inside.

Very friendly staff. Always willing to help you get your caffeinated drink. Also loved the quiche and croissant for a quick lunch with my Havana cappuccino. I do sound snobby. 😂

Open from 7 a m. Till 4 p.m. at the moment. Outdoor seating is available spaced indoor seating also available. Was nice to hang out n drink a cold latte

Just wow, absolutely stunned by this coffee shop, the coffee the design, the atmosphere. Had cappuccino and was one of the most delicious cappuccinos I've ever had in Las Vegas. Thick foam, beautiful coffee art & yummy coffee. Looks like a new place. Clean. Trendy. Go there.

Looked great inside. Very cozy and warm. Staff were super friendly and a great selection of small eats and pastries. Prices seemed inline better than Starbucks. Great new addition to the area.

So EXCITED to have Peet's Coffee FINALLY in Vegas! I have emailed them for years begging for it. Their NITRO COLD BREW is amazing. In addition, the drinks with TURMERIC are wonderful. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC and very accommodating to all diet needs whether it be non-dairy, no sugar, or gluten free. The space design is FRESH and hip and the OUTDOOR SEATING "park" area is RELAXING. Located next to a bike shop, you could also go for a bike ride in the Summerlin foothills.
The only reason I didn't give it five (5) stars is due to a LACK OF A CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM available at other Peet's Coffee locations. The six month wait for a program seems long and unnecessary in today's age of technology-based systems.
