My online order was ready right on time! I came in, grabbed my food, got some of my favorite hazelnut hot coffee, and I was on my way to work with time to enjoy my food before I start my shift. Loveeeee Einsteins, quality quality quality!

I went there to talk business with a colleague. It was a nice experience the people were great. The service was very good and the blueberry muffin and coffee were as I had hoped They would be, which was yummy and delicious.

Amazing bagels and loads of them to choose from! The restaurant itself is not massive, but great for a quick pit stop.
They gave us a complimentary bagel to bring home, and the ones we had there were great.

This Einstein location is about a fifth the size of other locations. It is therefore understandable why they have a limited selection of bagels and other food items. But the service was fast, efficient, and friendly.

The employees are great.. The Managers however not so much. They talk down to youngest workers and show no respect right in front of customers.. Do better for your workers!!!

I love this store, the people are so nice. They were a bit overwhelmed when I came to pick up a pair of online orders (10 boxes of bagels with schmear), but they were so kind! They put napkins and utensils in each box (knowing these would be delivered to 10 different locations), then they rolled a cart out to my car so we could transfer the bagels. Concierge service. Didn't have cash on me, but will next time so that I can tip them.
