Okay!!! Absolutely amazing. This is the second time I’ve been here and the service is immaculate no matter how busy it is. The wait staff helps each other out, no one is hostile, and the manager even did a table check.
Sushi and sashimi is well worth it. We did AYCE dinner A the first time and B the second time around. Please pay the extra $5 for the B option. It is so great.
There’s many savory rolls and there is drinks as well. There is literally no reason to complain.
Music and vibes are great and set the tone for such a great environment.

If you are looking for an AYCE sushi place, i dont think you can go wrong here. I am from Ohio so dont look to me for an expert culinary review of sushi. It was tasty and I didnt get sick. I posted the sample we had.

It's an excellent sushi place! Perfect size rolls. Ambiance feels fresh and inviting.
Good location away from traffic and easy to get to. Service was friendly, professional, and with perfect timing.
They have several AYCE all you can eat (from the menu) options, or you can go a la cart paying each item.
The flavors and presentation were flawless. Each roll had its own unique flavor and perfectly balanced. Other non roll items I had were perfect as well.
Absolutely high value eating experience.

This place is a top 10 date night! The food is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ delicious. The fire in the hole 🌶️🌶️🌶️ is really hot, not fake hot but real hot. I ❤️ed it! The bar tender is a master mixologist. Ask her to make you her surprises and she will not disappoint! The service is on point. This place is a hidden foodie’s palace!

I had 2 rolls delivered and they were very good and very filling! I ordered the japanese lasagna (avocado, cream cheese, crab inside and crunch on top baked in dynamite sauce) and the crazy horse roll (shrimp tempura, spicy crab inside and lobster mix, avocado, crunch flakes and yum yum sauce on top). I order the japanese lasagna at every sushi place I go to and I think this is the best one I've had. It's gotta be that dynamite sauce! The crazy horse was very good as well, a good spice level. It was about $11 for each roll. I absolutely would get food here again!

This is a cool spot to check out for sushi. Pick a dollar value selection, then order as much on that menu as you can eat. WARNING don't over order especially on the sushi rolls as they are very filling. Just start off with the items you really want. We tried a large selection and after a while the rolls can start to taste the same. The staff are very nice and helpful. The dishes as shown in the pics are tasty. I say check it out.

A colleague recommended Seasalt Sushi & Oyster to me and for my wife’s birthday, I suggested to her that we go and try this sushi restaurant since I knew her fondness for sushi!
We were not disappointed at all!
We went for lunch and chose the AYCE option. Since it was a Saturday, we selected the “Dinner A” option which included both the black and blue options on the menu. Slightly more expensive is the “Dinner B” selection but we decided that the “A” option would work for us, which it did!
Our server was very friendly and made some great suggestions about what to try. He was very attentive to us and kept circling back often to take new orders and remove cleared dishes. The dishes were made fresh and very tasty, portions were generous and served rather speedily when compared to other sushi restaurants we’ve been to!
Overall, Seasalt Sushi & Oyster earned their 5-Star rating from not only me but my wife, who can be very critical about food and especially sushi! Of all the sushi restaurants we’ve tried in the area, this one is amongst the very best and we will definitely be going back!

Best all you can eat sushi spot in Las Vegas. That’s almost all I have to say about this place. Everything is incredibly fresh, delicious, and cooked/prepared to perfection. Typically when I go to all you can eat sushi spots in Vegas, I notice that certain menu items aren’t as good as they could be; however, Sea Salt Sushi is seriously changing the game. This is the place to go to for special events, ladies/guys night, date nights, and more.
They have a wide selection of tapas and entrees to choose from. Every single menu item that I tried was spectacular. Did I mention they also carry a few dessert items?! Seriously, I couldn’t stop eating everything, especially the tempura. Their cocktails are fantastic! I was honestly surprised at how vast their drink menu was compared to other AYCE spots. I had their mojito and a few flavors of their Korean sake.
Sea Salt Sushi & Oyster offers the best all you can eat sushi and oyster experience in Las Vegas in my perspective. Check it out for yourself next time you’re looking for some delicious sushi, tapas, oysters, and more!

Great service and AYCE option is a great value. I recommend the strawberry lemon drop ask for a sugar rim mine came with salt for some reason and the plum wine was good too. The portion sizes are perfect and allow you to pace yourself without getting overly full. There were some items that did not seem fresh like the oysters and the spicy tuna roll but even with that being said I still feel like I have been missing out on this local gem and I can’t wait to go back.

Delicious food! Excellent service! Value for the money! I had the chicken curry bento box and my son had the all you can eat rolls. Definitely on the list to return.
Minor complaint, the music was too loud and kept cutting in and out. I’m sure they can fix this

Service was great, food was great, plenty of water. Lots of room and parking availability seems fare. But over all food was great. Rice ratio is low. Fish over rice for sure. Sushi rolls are well decorated as well.

UPDATE!!!!! We’ve been going to this place since they opened a couple of years ago. We took a friend from out of town there last night. He loves sushi and was really excited to go. Once again Sea Salt did not disappoint. They have some new items on the menu that was fresh and tasty and don’t worry the golden oldies are still there and still delicious. The staff are still on point and friendly as ever. Do yourself a favor and try it out, and thank me later 😉

Thai was my 2nd time eating here. I always have to go at least twice before I review. My service was amazing! I have a shellfish allergy but they made sure I was able to enjoy the all you can eat with feeling nervous. I will definitely be back the vibe, food, and service was amazing

Pretty good. The fish is fresh and tasty. The rolls are a little different than other places, but they taste good.
The price is pretty much the exact same as other all you can eat places $28 for dinner.
Definitely a good place to go in this area.
Probably the biggest distinguishing factor for this place was how fast everything came out. I got my cucumber salad and before I could finish eating it, all the rest of our quite large order had come out. Quite impressive.

My Husband wanted to try this new sushi/oyster bar restaurant; so, finally one Tuesday we stopped-in.
We tried to AYCE (All-you-can-eat) lunch menu. The starter salad (Screaming O with salmon), shrimp tempura, and raw oysters on ice were perfect. Next, were a variety of Sushi Rolls from Eel (Dragon roll) to Soft Crab (Spider roll), and Spicy Tuna (Red Mountain roll) to Scallops (Volcano roll). Honestly, I started losing count; it was that good!
Eventually, we ordered Green Tea cream for dessert.
Great service and can't wait until our next return.

Best place you will ever go!!! Service is amazing and Ivan is an artist with his sushi and on top of that he makes you feel so welcome. We walk in and are welcomed as family and like we are VIP. Such a great experience we will always be back!

First time eating at this place. Not bad. The service is good. I just notice how. 1st. They don't ask if you need anything. You need to ask them instead. 2nd,waiting time for the food is kinda annoying. If I don't have a bucket full of patience. I would've walked out. I love the ambience. I wish they'll put their happy hour. Maybe on our next visit. If their speed improves. I'll change the nunber of stars I gave in their yelp page. The place and service crew are not bad. I believe. They can improve.
