I don't live on the West Coast anymore. But every time I come I have to stop on a Pollo Loco. I love the flavors. I'm missing it already 😪

The price was very economical! This was the first time at El Pollo Loco. Choose what you do or do not want in your bowl. We spoke w/ another couple and they said the chicken soup was their favorite.

Had never been to a Pollo Loco. Did not know what I was missing. The food was good, 4 stars, because it was a little dry for my taste, but we did go just before closing, so that may be why. Will definitely go again. The manager who took our order was fantastic.

The staff was really friendly. The food was great. The lemon juices on the grilled chicken is flavorful. The Chicken with the flour tortillas is a good combination. Today I got the 3 pc w mashed potatoes and rice.

I love a quick meal of tasty chicken & El Pollo Loco fits the bill nicely.

I eat at pollo loco about once per week. I like that they keep the classic combos.
The food and service is not consistent from location to location.
They updated the rewards app. It's not as generous as the previous version.
I still come back every week as long as they offer a good value for my money.

Pollo bowls are the bomb, so good and affordable , you get rice, beans, chicken and salsa and vegetables all in one , with tortillas , all other chicken orders like 3 pc or 8 pc way toooooo pricey .

Food is always fresh and delicious. Only thing I didn't like was they were asking for donated monies to help the less fortunate. I saw no signs that monies would be going to any organization. Sounded sketchy to me
