Arby's

Finally found out his name! If it's Alex with glasses, you're on the right hands. Been coming to this location often and encountered a lot of their people already. Alex is a good crew to have and that's rare to see nowadays. He seems so energetic and always in a good mood. He radiates good energy from the drive-thru up to the window. He's very precise and straight forward, just tell him what you need and he will get it for you. Once, they forgot our sliders and when we came back and told him what happened, no questions asked, gave a slider to us. Hope you treat Alex good over there! We normally do mobile ordering. We don't have to wait for a long time to get our food. Food is always warm. People on shift are really good, the ones we encounter most of the time.

The wagyu burger was so good. The young man who helped us was learning. I didn't like that The team lead on the shift didn't seem to be very patient with him and he tried to blame the young man in training but he did fine and we had a burger made special due to food allergies and they did a great job making the food correctly and quickly

I know Arby's isnt everyones cup of tea but it is definitely one of my favorites. This was my first time going to this one and this facility was very nice and located in a great place. It was very clean inside and the sitting area was well put together. The customer service here was actually rather good! We had a decent wait for our food, so the lady gave us an extra milk for the kids. They have the making to be really good they just need to work on making the food and being prepared to make the food in a timely manner. They can make the food very well that it's almost worth the wait. Once they get the time thing down this will be upgraded to a five star review.

This Arby’s isn’t bad. It’s in a good location, inside is nice and clean. Food was good. Crinkle fries aren’t too good. Needs ketchup. Staff was friendly. You can tell they are distressed though. With walk in orders and drive thru they struggled to get orders out and bagged in an organized manner. Not sure what the disconnect is. However we waiting 22 minutes for our order. To compensate we got milks that expire in a week. I get food service workers grace since I get the struggle. Maybe a week closed to train would be beneficial though.
