The best place for breakfast in sunrise manor probably the best in east las vegas, 5 starts for sure, sundays are very busy though.

Just got out the hospital.And my cousin couldn't wait to take me out to eat.So she took me to The blue skillet.I had the tito bandito breakfast topped with roasted jalapenos. Delicious,very tasteful perfect to fill my belly.I normally don't go to breakfast places like that but my cousin Tina loves them it was good,👍😋

Everything here is great, from the food (delicious) to the service ☺️. I think it's a little rundown and needs some remodeling, but still one of our families favorite 😍

Crispy hash browns, overeasy eggs cooked to perfection, cheesy omelettes, and the 4 cheese stuffed french toast.. yum-oh! Syrup not needed. Friendly and attentive staff make for great service by everyone! We will be back!

Saw the rating for Blue Skillet and the pricing online looked great, so I took a party of 3 here for breakfast. The menu is huge, and the portions are too.
The omelette looked like a small football it was so stuffed with meat. The crepes were beautiful, light, and the cheese filling was a marscapone style of sweet cheese which complimented the fruit and crepe well. Everyone complimented their dishes, including the coffee, which was very good a diner style cup.
We ended up waiting about 15 minutes at 945 on a Saturday. The place was packed. Service was still very attentive, and our food came out quickly.
Overall, excellent and affordable breakfast experience.

Hidden gem ! next to a closed down Big K Mart but this place was good. Tables clean, cozy , many waitresses and waiters , good amount of food selection . I really enjoyed my breakfast here even though I ordered a cheeseburger lol seated as soon as I walked in but there was no line . The line kind of started after we were seated . Food took a while but it was delicious. Would go here again
