Well, I gave the buffet at Circus Circus two stars because the carrot cake and ice cream were good. We went for dinner on the 4th of July 2021, and it was $30.99 per person. We spent the prior evening on the craps table for at least 8 hours which gave us a $1.52 to add to the bill. I guess hospital
