The gentleman who rang us up was very friendly, I used a gift card and it had to be entered manually, and I also redeemed free cookie from past receipts, he had to do this twice because we wanted 2 cookies, for my husband and me.
We were the first guests on Monday morning, getting our breakfast before heading back to LA. The wiches were delicious and fresh, very happy with service and satisfied with the food.
Used the bathroom, it was clean and there is soap. Overall, a nice vibe from this place. The gentleman at the register checked on us and asked if everything was OK.

My daughter, who I call the Queen of sandwiches, recommended this place. She was absolutely right! At first, this system is a little intimidating. You have to order from the proper bag. However, you get to customize each ingredient. They have a lot more choices than most sandwich places. The food is amazing! The pizza sub is unbelievable. All of the sandwiches I've tried have been fantastic. The staff come and go, but it's a sandwich shop, what do you expect? But, it really is one of the best sandwich shops in town! It might take once you get used to, but it's well worth it!!
Reign
Which which is a less common chain type of sandwich restaurant. Their food is pretty good and on par with the likes of Subway, Port of Subs, and Quiznos. The one thing they do have going for them that is different is that you can customize you own sandwich. They have a ton of options if you want to build your own sandwich. Their favorites menu has several good options as well. Their reward program is a bonus as well.

First time I went here I had no clue how to order a sandwich. A friendly gentleman at the cash register helped me out. He must be used to peole walking in and not knowing what they are supposed to do. Near the entrance there are multiple paper sandwich bags categorized by meats. On the bag there are a list of ingredients, salads... etc. There are more ingredients than other sandwich places. You simply mark the options with a marker and hand the bag to the cashier, then he'll charge you based on your selections, prior to making your sandwich. Seems complicated, but it is a simple process.
Sanwiches take longer than usuall to make, when compared to Subway. It is worth the wait though. Which Wich uses fresh quality ingredients for all their sandwiches. I haven't been disappointed so far.
I highly recommend this place as an alternative to other sandwich places.

The white sub bread reminds me of the crispness and lightness of Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches in Vietnam (not the Americanized Bahn Mi but the ones in Vietnam). Because of the bread, the entire sandwich is fantastically delicious! If you are a fan of Banh Mi, you will really enjoy this store.

Delicious sandwiches and fresh ingredients. We moved away from that general area but still occasionally treat ourselves even though it's a long drive. Customer service has slightly declined in the last year, though.

Stopped here today for the first time ever. Loved the ordering concept. Smooth and easy! Bread and all ingredients were very tasty. Clean place, very friendly staff. My only complaint is that you don't carry Italian dressing, which I like with an Italian sub.

I give Which Wich a 100 % rating, Your Spinach wrap chicken and veggies was better than the other 2 sandwich shops I go to. for a frist time visit your store and the clerks rock. So what does a sandwich restaurant with zero customer service, a drab no- music environment and deteriorating tables and chairs look like? This place! I paid more than $9 for a dry roast beef sandwich that took 25 minutes to make yesterday and needless to say I was not impressed. One of the sandwich makers had a blue neon nose ring (which was strangely disturbing).

I once loved it here but I had a bad situation with the staff. I had got a lettuce wrap with what I want when the one girl who wrap my sandwich saying "didn't know lettuce was red" I looked at my husband who looked at me. Then one of the other girls looks at her saying "cabbage?" When she called me name I got up getting my wrap. I had to get going because I was going to be late for work. Before we left the parking lot my husband looked to me and said "look at your wrap" I opened my wrap and the lettuce was brown and old looking. I was so disappointed because I loved the wraps before this stupid girl. I had to rush back in so get my refund and not be late for work. I did not get to eat my lunch.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
Maybe if they fire that stupid girl but then HELL NO!

Horrible service, I went feb 26 2015 at 1:15 pm for the first time and I asked for help to fill out the my order on those paper bags, and the cashier said NO and I said give me the salad on the picture and the male cook told me to fill up the stupid paper bag with a horrible attitude, so I didn't order anything and they didn't give a fuck about it,,, pardon my language
